So far, so good! Easy online rental made things super easy during a hectic move. When I made it to the location, Jackson was filling in as manager on duty. Even though he was very new to the facility, he made my entry a breeze! He was very helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered. I took one star off for the facility itself - the back entry door was knocked off track (almost as if someone either backed into it, or was trying to break into it). Also, there was a lot of trash at the dumpster - given the type of business it is, that's to be expected, but it wasn't well contained - I think this could be remedied with a larger disposal container. (This critique is NOT a reflection on Jackson - he was great!)

I came to inquire about getting a storage unit due to the flooding in my home. First time getting a unit and Candice was so helpful showed me different unit sizes and explained everything in detail the process of actually getting the unit was so smooth she is so detailed in explaining everything and helping you get the correct information showed me how to use my lock and went above and beyond to help me out today. Would definitely refer family and friends to this storage and of course can't forget to tell them to ask for Candace she was great.

Clean well kept facility with easy access to 59. My only issue is lighting could be better in the building. Rate is cheap and we have never had any problems in the building. Temps are kept steady to keep your stuff safe.

Whenever I am in need of storage my first thought is always Extra Space because their employees are always kind and courteous. This particular location is even better than the other looking around I have used. Candace even offered to stay late because I was in the middle of my move and was not going to make it to the storage place before they closed. She literally saved me from a huge problem. I was also working with another extra space to store my trailer and she was able to have their paperwork sent to her so that I could sign both. The storage facilities are always first rate as well. You simply can't go wrong with Extra Space Storage and if you are looking for the best of the best in terms of staff this is your location.

Jessica was extremely helpful with finding an Extra Space Storage facility close to where I was moving in Fort Worth, TX. The facility is fairly new, with easy access, and located approximately halfway between Sugar Land and Richmond/Rosenberg proper. If 10 stars were available, I would give them a 10 Star rating!

My husband and I were moving and needed a storage unit fast. This was by far the easiest process EVER! The customer service was absolutely amazing and the price was the best in the area. Omg, This place is absolutely amazing. I saw the place passing by to actually set out for the day to go looking for a storage and the LIME GREEN sign caught my attention and made me almost run in to the shoulder on the hwy. I then u turned around and ended up in the back of the place. Thank God there was a 1-888 number that I could call to get help with RSVP the place. The rep Stephanie was so amazing. She took her time and got me RSVP In less then 5minutes. I told her I'm already at the place in the parking lot and she told me just walk right on in and someone will be waiting on me. Jessica was waiting for me soon as I stepped in and welcomed me in with a warm smile and firm handshake. At that moment they had already won me over. She took me on a quick tour and showed me my storage space and okd everything with me. The climax controlled place is really incredible. She really made me feel good inspite of all I'm passing through. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone...and THE FIRST MONTH IS FREEEE

We were selling our house and needed storage for everything. We were driving and saw the storage facility. It looked really nice so I had my wife call and was blown away by how much less expensive it was relative to what we were paying at another storage unit. So we went by and Jessica and were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to cut our rental nearly in half. The facility was extremely clean and the carts made it easy to move large amounts at one time. The use of the carts made it possible to move everything but the largest items saving a ton of money hiring movers. The carts, people, the facility and price makes this place a no brainer choice for storing our stuff. I highly recommend them
