Clean, terrific crew, and worthwhile when it came to renting specials! I've been holding my long is here for nearly a year, and hands-down, it is just an exceptional storage location as well as company! The team is pretty easy-going at this facility; all in all, so far, I haven't had any problems whatsoever during my time renting.

Services were SUPER fast and easy! I even got a promotion! Clean and secure, I love it!

When I tell you Mrs.Stephanie made my day so much better. She was quick,polite, and amazing. She got me taken care of and made sure I got back to my place ok. If I could I would give her 10 stars. Definitely would recommend Simply Self Storage on 3801 S Hardin Blvd

I can't tell you how easy it is to rent here! I made the reservation online and was able to fill out the paperwork and start loading my unit in under twenty minutes. The units are exceptionally clean and they have lots of push carts for tenants to use. Thanks Cody for your help!!

I don't personally rent here but I've been up here with my roommate many times to pick up things from his storage locker - from a purely observational standpoint the place looks very nice, everything looks very clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of security measures in place. The loading area can get a little crowded and I understand the concept behind needing to punch in your code for the elevator, but after your fourth or fifth trip up it starts to wear on you a little bit lol - I would definitely consider this place to store my things as well if the need ever arose.

The loading setup for the climate-controlled units could be better, but the carts were helpful. Pushing them through the doors was challenging, though. You have to enter your code and then open the door with one hand and somehow push or pull the cart through with the other without anything falling off. Also, there's no dumpster (Okay, technically there is, but it's for the facility, only. Any customers caught using it will be fined, and it's under surveillance. Most storage facilities have a place for you to dispose of the occasional items that gets broken in transport or damaged in storage, but this one doesn't). The security appears to be very strong, though. So, if you're worried about security issues and not so much ease of moving stuff in and out, this is probably a good location.

Rented an air conditioned space, which felt like it was 85+ degrees. I suppose it could be 110, but really don't want to pay more for cooler, if that is even possible.

Nathan was awesome and very helpful. I walked in, never had a storage unit before and immediately went to show me two different storage units that could fit my needs. He also didn't try and take advantage with it being my first time and I went ahead and paid 3 months in advance because I was so impressed with his customer service!
