Loved the contactless online set-up! I was able to select the unit my family needed for moving, paid, and submitted my ID in under 10 minutes! I love the app as well! The owner is soooooo sweet and really loves her customers. Manvel PD is close and responds to any potential theft calls so your stuff will be protected! This is THE storage unit if you want your stuff protected and want to skip all the annoying admin set-up.

Tammy is wonderful! Arrived late one evening from a long 9 hour trip from Alabama. As we were about to park our RV, Tammy (manager) was about to leave for the day but before she left, she stopped to ask us if we had 24 hour access. We thought we did but she asked us to confirm by entering our code to see if gates would open. Well, we did not! Thank goodness for Tammy going out of her way to stop us and ask. She was so kind and waited for us to park and unload our belongings to ensure we would not be locked in for the night! Again, thank goodness for her! Like I said, after a long 9 hour trip and possibly being locked inside the gate for the night - hubby and I were ready to strangle each other. LOL. Thanks again Tammy for going out of your way and saving a marriage that night. :-) There are still good people out here! Come check them out!

I was impressed with the customer service - after a major rain storm, the store manager took the time to call us and alert us that our boat that was stored uncovered had retained some major water on top of the cover. That he alerted us allowed us to go and fix the problem, probably preventing additional mildew/wear damage.

Excellent management of the facility. Staff's cordial relationship to customers. And an appropriate 6am - 10pm access to the facility.

The facility is also very conveniently located (right off of HWY288 and HWY6) with well-maintained, reliable security system. I just moved in. Managers, Dave and Tammy, were very friendly and caring with my transaction and customer service. The property seems to have been here for several years. With that comes normal wear and tear. My unit has some stains throughout, which is expected when a number of tenants move in and out over the years. It fits my needs perfectly and can't complain otherwise.

The location is really good (off of 288 and Hwy 6) and the spaces for parking trailers are well sized (I have a 40' trailer for my business). Easy access. One thing I wish they had were a few more lights in the back parking lot but the rest of the areas are very well lit. Tammy, Dylan, and David are all very helpful!

I called them in the morning asking For a spot for my Rv but I was 10 hours away And I arrived there 45 minutes late after they close at 5 pm and they stayed waiting for me 45 minutes late after there shift. We recently moved and relocated to an actual office building due to expansion and I have to say our experience at this particular CubeSmart was very pleasant, accommodating, and beyond satisfactory. The site supervisor or manager, Tammie, was absolutely superb in handling all our needs, and her customer service was beyond astounding! Tammie was extremely helpful with any issues we might have had arisen and she was ALWAYS sure to get right on top of it and consistently see that our issues were resolved. Using a storage office as a workplace is odd enough, but when I say our experience at CubeSmart was more than sufficient, it truly was in every aspect! Tammie really did outdo herself as the site supervisor and for that, I will forever be a customer of CubeSmart in any capacity I'm able to in the future. Long term renter at this location. I had some major miscommunication issues caused by a previous staff member. Manager Tammy Hall went above and beyond to assist me with this issue. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Tammy has World Class Customer Support. Easy sign up Tammy gave her word about signing me up on the next availability cover parking and she did just that on the first one that became available.Tammy was more than helpful and drove and guided me to my rental space.

Our rental here was a great experience all the way around. The best part was the people, who were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Besides that, the unit was clean, carts were always there for us to use, access was easy, and we had no issues at all. Both moving in and moving out were great experiences. If we need storage again, we will definitely be coming back to this CubeSmart.

I've been a tenant for more than 5 years and I love this storage facility!!! The property is well kept and the staff, Vicky and Mercedes are very helpful!!!!! I highly recommend this storage facility for your temporary or more permanent storage needs...... If you need moving supplies or locks they have those too!!!!

Great value for a unit in relation to the prices. We are currently renting a unit here and could not be more pleased with the quality of service we have received from the staff. Each time my wife and I have had contact with the employees they are always so friendly and helpful with whatever our needs are. The unit is a great size and were able to fit what we needed. I feel safe with my belongings there since they have pass codes to get in the gate which is personalized for each unit and they offer very heavy duty locks. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
