Easy to find & clean building

We rented a space online and met up with Amy the Store Manager. She was very attentive and explained our arrangement with calm and confidence. We immediately felt welcomed and assured we had made the right choice in renting here. I've rented in the past and did not get this type of treatment. She walked us to our space explaining the property entry and exit process down to the details of how the elevator works and the manner in which the lock on our door needed to be handled. An all around super experience. Thank you Amy!!

Secured a unit online (and on a Sunday), at a reasonable monthly fee, and was able to move in within hours. The facility is clean and secure with surveillance cameras and code access throughout. Amy (a manager) called on Monday and asked for a few minor details. Great facility and customer service.

I ended up renting a storage unit I never used so cancelled it, but the person that helped at this facility is amazing.

Diane over the phone had set up everything wonderfully, when I got there She and Amy presented a top class service and definitely one that I will remember. Prices were extremely good compared to other places I searched for. The property is very clean and the units have great access and big doors. I wish I was getting paid to write this, but when something is truly good, you need to let other people know.

Also easy to access when need. Amy is so nice to help me and answer all my questions. I move out because I bough a house. I recommend this place to anyone.

Very convenient to the home we're building. We rented one of the largest units they have. It was clean and easily accessible and I like that they provide the locks for the units. Security seems to be on point, as cameras are everywhere. The staff was friendly and made the rental experience very easy. I would recommend the storage unit to others.

I found Simply Self Storage online and then a friend recommended them to me as well. I have to give props to the staff who were truly nice and helpful. Signing up was extremely quick and easy. I found Simply Self Storage online and then a friend recommended them to me as well. I have to give props to the staff who were truly nice and helpful. Signing up was extremely quick and easy. The facilities is super clean and new. AC storage is a plus too. I'm happy I found a convenient, super clean facility to store my belongings. I highly recommend this place.

Great storage facility - very clean, large hallways and doorways for inside climate controlled units (great for large, bulky equipment), and the staff is exceptional! Would highly recommend this business as a whole and this location specifically - Lebanon and 4th Army.

The staff was fantastic, we arrived a day later than planned, logistics were not working the following day. The team was accommodating, patient and very professional as we got set up and moved in. The Staff is amazing. This place was all about location for me. At the time I was looking for a larger unit and after working with the ladies we figured out a plan that would allow me to store everything and save money rather than going and finding a storage facility out of my way. This is the best managed storage facility I've ever seen. If there's anything that the staff can do to satisfy you, they will. My boat was difficult to get in and out of the unit I rented, so they moved me to another unit. There wasn't one available at that time, but they made note of it and followed up with me when one became available a few weeks later. You won't be disappointed. Diana and Amy are very professional, extremely friendly and very easy to work with. I wish all businesses were run this well.
