From the time I walked in until the time I left...he took his time showing me my locker and how to work the code to get to my locker and how to work the new locks which I absolutely love!

I had a hard time getting the latch to open. This was my first time getting to my storage unit and it was after hours so no one was there. I called their customer service number and they were nice enough to try and walk me through the steps and get the manager on the line to assist me! Got the latch open (pro tip: step on the handle to get the patch to slide open easier). Very happy with their willingness and commitment to help me over the phone!

Staff was super helpful and very quick to get me a unit, very clean facility and I had no issues with my unit! My ONLY complaint is that the parking situation is very limited for cars and there is not a lot of space for a large moving truck, or more than one if someone else happens to be using one same day without blocking someone in.

I just moved from Southern Illinois to Euless, Texas and chose CubeSmart for my storage while I'm staying with friends. The folks in the store were brilliant. The website isn't clear all all about the first time costs but the GM of the Euless store called me after I made my appointment to make sure I was aware of all the one time costs so that I wasn't disappointed when I got to the store. It was actually a little cheaper than we thought. I'd very much recommend at least the Euless location because of how well I was taken care of.

Cody was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me and I am looking forward to moving my storage needs here. I liked that they were "green" and used solar energy and the temperature never got above 78 in all of the units. I felt the website was a little misleading, because ALL the units are climate controlled. Also the security is excellent. And you can prepay the year to avoid any suprise rate increase which is why I was leaving my last place.

I was initially impressed with the facility, staff, and pricing, but they only have one vehicle to allow new customers to facilitate transport of their items. I was told that the truck had been reserved already on the day I planned to move, so I re-arranged my moving schedule to reserve it the following Monday as the rep suggested. I showed up before they opened that Monday, and was told that the truck had again been reserved before me. On a time crunch now and at the end of my old residence lease, I proceeded to move my items in my compact car, which took the whole day due to all the extra trips I had to make. However, the truck was parked in the same spot the entire time I was moving. Needless to say, I'm no longer impressed, but I haven't experienced any other issues. Ok for now, I guess.

It was really easy to schedule for my storage and they were sure to give me the option of where I wanted to be located. They were so nice and everyone was helpful. When I was moving in they went out of their way to make sure things went smooth and I really appreciated that as I had movers helping me so time was money. It was all climate controlled and they had plenty of oversized dollies that fit 2 to 3 in the elevator. I will always use them.

I could not have imagined in such a stressful moving situation already... that someone would and did truly took the time to address my every need .. gave me ideas .. moving suggestions.. just all around an AWESOME experience and can't express enough! This gentleman was such a blessing to meet during what we all know and dislike with moving can be a total headache! I was referred by my daughter, Kelli Lang. I am so happy that she told me about Cube Smart, Store 6062, in Fort Worth, TX. I called to reserve a space and had a very positive interaction. I don't recall the name of the gentleman that I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was in a bind and needed a space right away. He hooked me up immediately. I moved into my unit 2 days later. I went into the facility a day prior to my move and received the same courteous and friendly service. The place is immaculate! It is also highly secured. They took the time to sweep out my cube because it had just been vacated. I was given thorough, step-by-step instructions on how to access the facility and use the lock. Every individual I made contact with made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I would surely recommend Cube Smart for your storage needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Cube Smart! I can live in peace knowing that my belongings are in a clean, safe and secure place.

Excellent overall experience! The website was simple to use, clearly showed prices, made reserving a unit at no cost very easy.
The manager was extremely helpful on the phone, even more so in person. We wanted to reserve a handicap unit, which he explained the difference and asked us several questions, he then reserved the very first unit as you walked in the door. He thoroughly explained all the options and details of leasing the unit, and was very pleasant and helpful.
This is a great facility, very clean and carefully maintained.

The CubeSmart staff at the Reggis Court location in Fort Worth, is awesome! Paul in particular, took his time to ensure everything I needed was taken care of. I was able to get the unit size and location that I wanted with ease. He is extremely professional, super friendly and most definitely efficient.
If security is a concern for you, there are cameras everywhere that record both audio and video. Even the locks on the storage units are unique. I went there with a standard 'Master' lock and left with that same lock in my pocket. The locks they use are a tubular cylinder lock. They literally slide into the door and leave only the keyhole visible. It's nice because there's nothing for anyone to grab onto and they can't be cut open like a standard lock. You can either bring your own or they sell them too.
The location is conveniently located off the corner of 360 and Trinity Blvd. In the end, if you're looking to rent a storage unit, the facility is brand new and has plenty of available units. Along with the security and top-notch staff, you can't go wrong and I highly recommend them.
