This company is extremely professional. I went to rent a storage unit and tour the facility, it was very clean and the employees where friendly and answered all my questions. When I got ready to move out they worked with me so that I could send them the key to my unit and not have to drive down from out of state. It was easy and everything went off without a hitch on moving day. No hidden fees that came up afterwards. This is the easiest and most efficient place I have ever used. Would recommend them.

Forney Storage is a great storage unit to store your furniture. The staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. The storage unit is checked on a daily basis to make sure your merchandise is safe and secure. The rent was very reasonable and the storage unit was always neat and temperature controlled so you could walk away with no worries. If I ever need a storage unit again will not hesitate to use them and also refer them.

Absolutely love the new storage facility in Forney. Staff is very friendly, honest and helpful! I also love the choices of the outside or indoor units. The area (outside or indoor) is always clean everytime I go there. I feel like my items are safe there. In my move there I accidentally left some electronic devices (laptops and tablets) outside and a customer turned it in and Brandy called me right away to inform me. So thankful for her and the staff there! They are always willing to help. If you're looking for a storage unit to store your merchandise choose Forney Storage....you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love Forney Storage! I recently moved from another facility where I had TWO separate units and fit it all into ONE! Forney Storage is always clean. The rolling carts at every door are very convenient and the hallways are wide. The different sizes and configurations of the units are accommodating to fit anyone's needs. The Manager, Brandi was so kind and helpful. She probably showed me five different units that day without hesitation. She really wanted make sure I got the perfect unit for what I was wanting. I definitely recommend this facility!

Very clean, friendly staff, I would recommend them for your storage needs. The only complaint is that they do not have a dumpster, sometimes things break, we were from CA and didn't have anywhere to throw our broken mirrors away.

This new facility is brand new. It is convenient to Highway access. Megan and the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. Gate access is midnight which is convenient for those that work late. It has multiple cameras all over the facility for extra added security. I would highly recommend this to anyone that lives in, or is moving to Forney. It is a little more expensive than most storages in this area but the security is worth it!
