Bella helped me get a great storage unit at a great price, very quickly. They helped fit my needs and were very professional. Great place to store anything you need. They explained the difference between climate controlled units vs. drive up units and told me about all the great security features that the property has. It was very clean, unlike some places in the area that I looked at storing. I feel VERY safe and secure storing here.

I came in a few days ago looking for boxes to help my mother move. They have good prices on boxes. Bella helped me pick out the boxes I needed.

My fiance and I are moving into the area and Bella helped us find the perfect unit. We thought we needed something small, but we ended up needing something a little bit bigger. She explained how to pack the unit to our benefit. They're really well priced. Compared to some of the other facilities, they're a steal! Great discounts!

BELLA helped me with my rental space and she was TERRIFIC. She walked me to the unit. Showed me the locking system, which is really secure. Not just a padlock. Very happy with the entire setup. Thanks again to Bella.

I have used this facility for over 2 years and just when I think customer service is at its best Christina comes to my rescue!!! She has gone above and beyond to help me with my storage issues such as combining 2 into 1 . She had a unit called me to be sure it wouldn't be taken since she knew I had been waiting ona bigger one. Very courteous, helpful and professional Thanks again!! Update as of today regarding my many years as a customer: Davissa the new manager at the facility was able to keep me a happy customer with going above and beyond when a snafu with my account could've led me to leave but her quick thinking and customer service with a heart kept me grounded and believing in good of the establishment! Thank you Lisa Brower Just as customers are asked to give a good review a bad review is also necessary if warranted. I must state that Davissa the current manager is doing an outstanding job! Unfortunately the fill in "manager",Christina, once facility Manager, needs to brush up on sensitivity and customer service issues. Moving ones life is considered one of the most stressful and emotional situations to go through. I'm not sure why she was moved from this facility but how I was treated this past weekend by her during another stressful move was unacceptable. Christina was trying to force her "way" not the customers ( mine) request for Corporate assistance. Christina even aggressively followed me to my car to continue her scolding of me a 53 year old woman. Shame on you for the things said to me which I shall not repeat but to your superior!

Davissa made sure that on moving in day, when we realised that the unit was going to be too small, effortlessly found us a larger storage unit and we didn't have to mess with new passwords or paperwork! The staff care and Christina was an absolute joy to deal with on the phone and called me back whenever a storage unit became available, that she felt would suit my needs. I've been to quite a few self storage places, but the customer service here is amazing!! Davissa and Kristina are two very nice people to chat with, and helped a lot with every question I had. The place is very clean and welcoming.

Christina was extremely attentive and listened to as all my concerns with a great deal of patience. I had many what ifs.....She handled it with grace. With my 3 year old tugging at me....she helped me keep him entertained...gave him some crackers and water..while I tried to make up my mind on the units we looked at...She has a caring approach and she is a true professional...Please accept my gratitude towards her very efficient and a true customer service patriot...I will recommend others to your facility ...Thank you for your time, Jenny

Met Cody the other day at the Southlake store------what a nice young man and very helpful as well as knowledgeable! We needed a large storage unit and he found us one so we signed up. I rented a storage unit at the Southlake location today and had one of the best experiences I think I've ever had. From the moment I got to the facility and met Christina it felt more like visiting a friend than a business transaction and that speaks volumes to me. She is extremely genuine and that is hard to come by nowadays. I felt that I had known her all my life and could have talked to her all day! I so enjoyed my experience that I will be moving out of another unit I have into a bigger unit here at Simply Self Storage. I'll save money in the process because their price for a climate controlled unit is very reasonable....but my main reason for the move is Christina. We always pass on our bad experiences when we really should be praising those that go above and beyond to make a customer feel like they are the only customer they have. Thank you for that!!

Great experience at this location. The lady working at the time, Angela, managed to answer every question I had, even when she seemed pretty busy! Was answering questions for me, answering the phones and was not once flustered or anything! Friendly staff, great location and was very nice and clean on the inside as well as out.
