I am posting a new review for this establishment. I am most appreciative that they kept familiar faces. I have been at this place for over four years now and I am amazed at the level of service. Due to Covid, I had to leave my things in Dallas. It has not been an easy road, but Ms. Linda has been an amazing part of my transition. She does not judge nor does she take my dignity,. I am grateful that these people do not dehuminize me. I have had a difficult time financially, but I know my things are safe. Ms. Linda I know you are Heaven sent. I don't know if they ever read these reviews, but I live by reviews. I have had the best experience with this facility. I highly recommend this location. I relocated to Dallas in 2018 and this is where I stored my life. Over the past almost three years I have faced some highs and lows. Ms. Linda has been a jewel throughout my time here. She cares and will help in any way. I had three units, she told me to get a larger unit and combine my smaller units. I could go on and on with my wonderful experience. Keep up the great work.

I have been using this storage facility for many years. The one thing that makes this place so special is the women who is the manager. LINDA!!! She keeps the place clean and safe. If there ever has been something that I have needed concerning billing, locks or issues, Linda always gets it done. If you want your belonging safe, store here under Linda as the manager!

Generally, when posting reviews, I am more apt to post negative experiences instead of positive experiences because doing a good job is part of what you are being paid to do. However, as a long-time manager of people, I always want to acknowledge extraordinary efforts made by those who stand out in making that extra effort. Those who wish to excel cannot knowingly do "average work." With this in mind, let me commend Linda, Simply Self Storage manager located at 2425 Canton St., near Farmers Market and Deep Ellum. She excels every day because I do not think she knows how to do average work. As a tenant, I have known Linda for several years. She always has a smile and is professional and a credit to herself and the company she represents.

Linda and Maria are very kind and professional to work with, they made my move smooth. To have these angel to go over and beyond the call of duty is pleasing and a perfect example of great customer service. No problems at all and the property is very clean. As far as storage facilities go, this is by far one of my better if not my best experiences. Everything is up to par and the management team is fantastic.

I've used many storage facilities, in the Dallas area, for over 17 years and Simply Self Storage, on Canton Street, really stands out over them all. I've been storing my valuables here for over 3 years. The building and common areas are alway clean. The temperature inside is warm in winter and cool in summer and always dry. I always feel safe when I visit my storage unit and that includes my valuables. The building management is very accommodating and friendly. If you are searching for storage in Dallas, I highly recommend Simply Self Storage.

While this facility is climate controlled, i will say it gets pretty warm in there, especially after you've been moving things in and out... other than that, i highly recommend this place.

They have a very clean secure look and feel without being completely overwhelmed by the security features. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional while keeping the interactions courteous and laid back. They are very quick from walking in to placing the lock on the unit, about 15 minutes. So if you are in a rush they can accommodate if they aren't too busy. First impressions. If anything changes I will update my review.

I saw the store while driving by and decided to stop in the get some information. I was greeted upon entry into the store by Maribel who proceeded to answer all my questions. She was very pleasant, informative and professional. I signed up for storage as they had the perfect unit for my needs. I must also add, the premises and unit was very clean and obviously well kept I highly recommend using there services if you are in need of storage.

The office team is spectacular! They were very patient and took care to explain unit availability and pricing, as well as security features (which seem very good). The units we were shown were all very clean. So, too, was the rest of the facility. I fully expect this to be a highly satisfactory arrangement and recommend this Storage Choice location to anyone needing conditioned storage space!!

Maribel was awesome! I came in on a Sunday to get a unit and so glad they were open. Immediately she gave me a tour of the storage units and her level of customer service deserves recognition (and maybe a raise!). The whole area felt secure and looked very clean. While I had trouble one night accessing the elevators after office hours, I appreciate that they still returned my calls to assess the situation. Highly recommended!

I visited Storage Choice Storage today and met the most beautiful professional young lady today by the name of Maria. Maria was heaven sent and I believe I was supposed to meet her today! After renting my storage space, they also give you the lock and you also have the opportunity to get their box truck to move your things into your storage space! How awesome is that! My wife and I moved into a 10x10 storage unit last week and from start to finish the Storage Choice Farmers Market staff exceeded our expectations. We were able to complete all paperwork, use their truck, and move in all in one afternoon. The units are clean and favorably priced. Check this place out if you need storage in the downtown/uptown area in Dallas!

This is my first time renting a storage unit and felt uneasy about it. Yet when I went to the location to finalize/sign the paper work (I reserved a unit online) and pick up the keys I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and customer service upon arrival. The process was easy, quick! Yet detailed. Not to mention the level of security in the building- cameras and codes required EVERYWHERE! are a BIG plus. I have gone several times now since then (at different times) and the place is always clean and it smells good too. I would defiantly recommend Storage Choice- Farmers Market for anyone looking for all the above.

I have had many storage units in the past, and this one is great!! It's very reasonably priced for the rent, it's immaculately clean and a total fortress. I love how secure it is and the staff is also exceptional. As long I need storage, I'll keep a small unit here. I love that it's also climate controlled and easily accessible from where I live.

I was looking for 2 things when looking for a storage location: 1. Cheap 2. Safe This Storage Choice location has both and more. It was very easy to lease a space and really easy to get around. There are more than 3 levels of security you need to pass to get to your storage and everything is clean and up-to-date. I definitely recommend this place!

The best storage facility I have ever used (Farmers Market location). I appreciate how well the building was designed both for efficiency of maintenance and ingress/egress of renters; safety and parking.

I made a reservation online and received a prompt confirmation via email and follow up call. When I arrived I was extremely surprised and the facility size, cleanness, and how profession and kind the staff member Thomas was. Thomas customer service was impeccable and he was patient to answer any questions I had. I work nights as an ER nurse and stayed up to make a payment over the phone at 9am when they opened. I was greeted by a wonderful and cheerful voice on the other line. Misha was beyond helpful that morning and made my experience in all my tiredness after a 12hr shift so incredibly easy that I even went ahead and set up my autopay!! She was definitely meant to help me that morning and did so much more for me than she even knows. Thk you Misha !!!

Storage Choice is clean, secure and has spacious storage facilities. The manager, Linda, was very helpful. She explained in detail how to use the storage and was patient with me despite the fact that I walked in after the cutoff time on Sunday. There are cameras everywhere and monitors on the storage unit floors that show the parking lot before you leave. I always feel safe when I come here, especially in the evenings after work. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.

Be careful about the elevator. It has a timer on it supposedly that if it's tripped they will charge you $1500.00 they say.

I dont feel worried about leaving my stuff here because the place is super secure as well. & a MAJOR plus is that you can use their stoarge truck free as long as you are a tenant & of course if no one else is using it for the day. I have been here for one month & so far, it is absolutely great. The convenience & location are perfect. It is always clean every time I go & I feel safe visiting the storage unit by myself. Love this storage facility. It is super secure. Gated all the way around and climate controlled. You have to use your code to get in AND oiy which is kind of annoying sometimes but still, it keeps the unwanted ones out. And really affordable.

The storage is very conveniently located across the street from our apartment. I've always been hesitant to use a storage facility but this place is very secure and safe. The staff was patient in answering all of my questions. I'm happy I don't have to worry about my belongings being stored there.

This facility is high class in everyway. From cleanliness, to elevators, to nice music while you're there.

One of the best storage facilities I have rented from! They have cameras on each floor and all around the facility. They also have a codes for everything including the bathrooms. If you live in the Downtown Dallas area I would definitely recommend this place.

Great facility especially if you are in the downtown, uptown, or deep ellum area. Surprised as to how clean the facility is. Elevators work great and very easy for moving trucks. Sign in process was very quick, and the lady at the front office was very nice. Rates right now are super low but I don't expect them to stay at this rate once occupancy increases.

First of all the facility is gorgeous. Right in the heart of downtown, very easy to get to. Renting a unit was a quick and extremely easy, I was in and out in ten minutes. Elevators are easy to use and I definitely feel that my belongings will be safe here.

I initially was going to go with Public Storage (down the road) because Storage Choice had not popped up on Google Search. I was then referred by my apartment's leasing agent. I made the right choice! The facility is clean, state of the art, and convenient when entering either side of the building. What really stands out is the customer service. I had an issue with the movers and some of my property. Linda (one of the staff members) was very friendly and went out of her way to help me try to narrow down the search. We spent about two hours searching the camera recordings and she was eager to help every second of the way. If this location is an option for you.... hands down, do it. Ask for Linda.

Thanks, Storage Choice! This facility is brand new in a very convenient location to Downtown, Uptown, and Deep Ellum areas of Dallas. Storage Choice has a variety of unit sizes (all temperature controlled) and 2 freight elevators. Parking for vehicles/unloading is undercover which is helpful for the moving process (provides shade and shelter from rain). What I love most about Storage Choice is that it seems very secure...there are multiple coded entry points and prominent surveillance cameras. This facility offers great promotions and even provides a lock to new tenants and 1 time use of the facility Box Truck. Finally, the staff was VERY professional and kind. I was able to get my unit rental set up in under 30 minutes on a Friday evening. I am very pleased with my experience at Storage Choice and would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and stress-free experience.

Without a doubt, this was the easiest and most efficient experience I've had with renting a storage unit. I completed the entire process over the phone, with Linda, and online (their online application system is excellent) and was able to work with Linda on the size of the unit throughout the day, as my move was in progress. I decided to use this as an place to organize things before they go into my home in Dallas. Some people may say that storage is an unnecessary expense, however, I inherited many letters and memorabilia from my parents when they died and I'd like to spend some time reviewing them before moving them to my house. They were brand new in opening and the elevators weren't approved yet and she made sure I got the correct size unit I needed even though it was occupied by the buildings stuff. Overall it was a great service compared to other storage places I looked at.

New facility very close to home. Manager was very accommodating to my constraints on move in date and locking in my unit well in advance. Customer Service at storage facilities is hard to find but not at this Storage Choice. The manager did a great job taking care of any challenges to my satisfaction. Free use of their truck (4 hours) was a great perk to move from an overpriced Public Storage unit in Carrollton. I made a good Choice in changing companies.
