I was looking for a storage to storage my slingshot. Devin was patient and knowledgable assisting me. I really appreciate his awesome customer service service. There wasnt a unit to meet my needs but he offered me a parking space rental until a unit is available. I have no doubt that I made the best choice renting at Simply Self Storage. The cameras and amazing customer service makes me feel that my vehicle will be safe. I give Devin 10 stars **********.

Great storage facility with 24hr security and access. Getting a unit is as easy as 1,2,3. 1:drive up, 2:Pick a unit and 3: It is yours. One of the few if not the only storage facility in the area with 24hour access. Oh, they also offer free insurance for the first month. Got a really great deal at this place.

I chose Storage Choice on Harwell Dr. in Arlington due to the proximity to my new home and because the price was better than some of the others in the area. I was pleased that I was offered a free lock for my unit. The manager, Nick Brown, was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. He did; however, explain that he was also area manager and is often out in the field.
When I came back with a load of items to put in the space, I found that someone had left an open box with some sheets inside. Although the unit was not dirty, it did need sweeping. There was no plastic tab on the latch as Mr. Brown told me there would be, so I theorize that someone broke it off some time ago and had used that storage space.
One downside is that the narrow and hilly paths between the buildings require careful navigating if another vehicle is coming in the opposite direction. However, all in all, I am pleased with the unit, the location and the price.

After searching for hours, calling and visiting different storage units in the DFW area and not finding prices that were reasonable, I decided to simply drive by a few I happened to remember were in my neighborhood.
I visited both Public Storage and Secure SecurCare, didn't like their prices; my third
stop was Storage Choice, where I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the friendliest and courteous people I've bet in a very long time, he was very professional explained everything quickly in a concise manner.
I walked away very happy and with the best deal thus far, and that's why I would recommend them for your storing needs, If don't believe me! stop by and ask for "Nick" you'll thank me later!

I really like the prices at this facility. I immediately left Public Storage and got a storage space with them and I am saving $45 dollars every month to store the same amount of things in the same size space. The other amazing thing about this facility they have a Kiosk outside that you can drive up to and pay your storage bill right on the spot even if the facility is closed!!! "Awesome" I don't think no storage company have this wonderful perk. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable his service was friendly and fast. I will be here for a while or at least until I find a house to move my things in!!! Great Place!

It is nice to know our things are located off the main road and people cant just see the storage facility. I had to choose Storage Choice quickly and the best way is to check reviews and this place had great reviews!! not only did they have great reviews on the web, the experience of getting everything set up in a quick manor supported the amazing reviews. Nicholas the manager was very helpful and easy to work with and made the process smooth with getting everything set up. All information was relayed in a very clear manor so there was no confusion of anything. Very clean and orderly place and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

The staff there was really helpful and went above and beyond to help get everything set up. The kiosk they use is really easy and self explanatory and is so much better than a lot to the other storage facilities paperwork requirements. I highly recommend this place.

Reasonable rates, great move-in special. Clean facility, friendly associates. The only drawback is narrow lanes in between buildings can make navigating a large truck difficult.

The people I spoke with on the phone to get information about the storage facility were very friendly! When I arrived at the facility to move in my belongings, they helped me find my unit. The unit was very clean and the premise is well kept.

Nicholas ( manager) is very accomdating and friendly. I have had no problems and have recieved 24/7 support when needed. I'm comfortable with the space for their prices as well as my items safety. Overall I am confident I will be staying with this Unit ! Love it !
