We're new to using a storage site and the staff here was fabulous to work with. They took time to walk us around to a variety of units & help us make figure out the size that was going to be right for us. The facility is clean and well lit, and the paperwork part of the set-up went quickly. We were good to go in a lot shorter amount of time than we were expecting.

This storage facility is the greatest. Due to unforseen circumstances I was left needing a storage unit on short notice. I stumbled across Simply while I was shopping around for the best price I could find for the size unit that I needed, calling around to the other well know companies, I couldn't find a climate controlled unit that beat Simply Self Storage's price, so I decided to go ahead and reserve online and have no regrets. Ann at the front desk called me promptly to confirm that the room size I had requested was available and got me moved in with no headaches. The facility has always been well lit and clean every time I've been up there, plus I love the fact that only tenants on your floor have access to the floor, which gives me a better feeling knowing that my stuff is safe and sound. Rented a unit on Tuesday, determine it was to small so talked with Sarah in the Front office and she was wonderful. She help me upsize from the original unit I pick to the next size up. I would recommend Simply Self Storage to anyone that was needing to lease a unit. They are so Helpful.

Initial sign up for a storage unit was a good experience. The team was very thorough in giving details of a rental and patient with answering questions. Very good communication skills. Friendly and personable.

Due to a busted pipe, we were forced to relocate while the repairs to our house are being completed. Ann at the front desk was more than accommodating when she showed us what size rooms were available at the moment, we were able to sign our contract and had immediate access to our unit to start emptying our house so the repairmen can get in and help us get back to normal. Simply Self storage has lived up to its name and made the whole process simple and smooth. Thank you Ann for all your help!

Sara and the staff @ Simply Self Storage have been angels on earth. Three months ago, my family and I experienced an apartment fire. Unfortunately, I was unable to salvage my furniture, clothes, keys or personal belongings. The staff went above and beyond to replace my lock and provided me new keys/lock. I am rebuilding/restarting my life but the staff made the transition easier to start anew. I'm thankful for Ms. Sara and her staff for helping me endlessly. I highly recommend Simply Storage! We also had a problem w out lock (losing our dang key) and he offered some solutions to get us in and back on track w unloading. I would definitely store my stufff here again.

Looked around Allen area for storage. This place was close, very secure, staff was very friendly, comes with lock, and best prices around. All units are climate controlled. There is a $10 insurance fee added but prices were really cool and still beat everyone.

Stephanie was so incredibly helpful! The storage unit was clean, well lit, and getting our boxes inside with the complimentary carts made everything so easy.

Stephanie is fabulous ! I had a storage unit and she was able to put my moms storage right next to mine. We are going through a really rough patch and things have been so overly hard and Stephanie made this whole process so much easier. Such a sweet lady.

Stephanie is fabulous ! I had a storage unit and she was able to put my moms storage right next to mine. We are going through a really rough patch and things have been so overly hard and Stephanie made this whole process so much easier. Such a sweet lady.

By far, the best storage facility I have ever experienced. Extremely clean, with lots of amenities including clean restrooms (my previous storage space didn't have any on-site restrooms!!!) The management of the facility is impeccable. Well done!

David called almost immediately after filling out an online form. Within 2 hours I had a storage area ready for use. It was a quick and painless process. The facilities are nice and well kept. Don't think you could find a better storage facility in Allen.

I've had a unit at this location for over a month. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean, quiet, and well-lit. And I felt I got an excellent deal on the unit I have. I was a little disappointed when they said their moving truck was unavailable to use when I first got there. But honestly, it was easier and more efficient for me to just rent a U-haul that I knew could handle the capacity of items I was moving (I moved a three bedroom home into one storage unit). Definitely recommend!
