Let me start by saying Dijour, I believe is how you spell it was extremely helpful working with. I don't think he usually works at this location but he made sure I received great customer service! He showed me different unit options and gave a helpful opinion on which unit would fit my needs. We were having issues with my code opening the gate but he worked to solve the issue while I was there so that it wouldn't be a issue when I came back with my belongings. He also got my a great price for my unit which I really appreciated also! He was all around very pleasant to work with.

I reserved a unit online and within 5 minutes i got a call to come in and finalize it and when i got there i was showed the unit then i paid for it, it was a very speedy process and simple. Kristine was very nice and helped us with whatever we needed.

Kristine made it an absolute breeze today. She listened while I ranted about why I suddenly needed storage space (which is totally unlike me to divulge personal business to a stranger). Anyway, she was knowledgeable and when I pointed out an error, she corrected it immediately. Great experience today. We even laughed at the previous quote from another storage facility nearby who was tryna charge me $110 more for the exact same size storage room. Thanx Kristine.
