Don't rent from this racist establishment especially if a racist named Alina is the property manager. Disgusting attitude very rude . Spoke racist talk about how she's tired of black people an how nasty they are . Constantly stated how she hated working for company an how she can't stand her district manager (mike) because he never answers an she always has to micro manage his decisions. Unfair charges horrible customer service an a racist prejudice property manager at both Raines an Winchester location I think Winchester manager is Jessca another rude disrespectful property manager. The absolute worse storage unit rental ever thanks to Alina property manager at Raines location

On the northeast side of the East Raines Road and Kirby Parkway intersection, you’ll find our Memphis storage facility at 6504 East Raines Road. Just south of Kirby High School, we sit beside All About Hair, the Sonic Drive-In, and Kirby Fond & Fuel.Our facility is happy to provide you with an easy, headache-free storage experience. Whether you’re driving your car or bringing a moving truck, you can drive straight up to your unit thanks to our drive-up unit access and wide aisles. Of course, we also have plenty of packing supplies on hand if you’re putting things away for a long time — and our team of storage experts is always available to answer your questions.
Security is tight at our fully-fenced facility — we monitor our premises 24/7 with security cameras to keep your belongings safe. Our bright exterior lighting keeps you safe and secure, even at night. Plus, we use keypad access so only you can get into your unit.
