Merlee was great. She was very attentive. She made sure went over every detail and all information I would need for my storage. She made sure to share all other products/supplies that the store offered. She was very polite in store and as we toured the property. Overall my experience was smooth and Merlee deserves 5 stars for her customer service.

I have been with Simply Self Storage on Getwell for 5 years. I've had my ups and downs in life and Merlee and Mike has been great working with me thru my hard times. I really appreciate the help along the way. It took a whole lot of stress off of me. I love u guys and I wish the best for u all in life! Convenient location to airport , I am thinking about moving to Memphis for a job, visited the location and met a really nice and friendly manager running the office who was very helpful and answered all my questions. Property was clean and looked to be well managed and secure. If I make the move I will for sure be back to rent from them. I don't normally leave reviews but I was that's impressed. There aren't a lot of good option in that area,I visited several but this one stood out to be best in area.

It was a very pleasant experience on such a short notice. Taylor (front desk on Getwell), made everything stress free in the midst of a move out, she even asked what I was going to bring and got me into a unit perfect. Now although she did not help me move it, the unit fit easily 2 couches/fridge/stove/2 queen beds and dining table....all in a 5x10! Colustomer service isn't dead folks...it's just here and at Chick-Fil-A Great pricing and easy access....you can set your own gate code so you aren't tasked with trying to remember so random numbers or keep up with the card they give you. I will definitely recommend using them if you need a storage unit big or small.

I'm very please with my unit I have at the Getwell location. The staff (Brittnay Bridggs) knows myself and other customer by name. She always greet me with a smile and very professional. I have had several unit and this location for several years, and I feel my belonging are secure.

I've discovered this facility by chance while searching for a climate controlled unit, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything so I've opted for a basic unit.
