This is a great place gated, secure ,police constantly driving through and are called if anyone is there after hours. Corey, the manager there, is a very sweet ,very helpful and very accommodating . I would give it five stars ,but the area that it's in not so good.

I would like to leave a comment on the manager at the Watkins store ...Corey Lagrone ...I met her about a year ago when the store was having lots of break ins ...She had just came on as a new Manager ...This lady is one of the best customer service persons I've know and ...I'm sixty years old ...Corey goes out of her way to help or assist you any way she can .... She is a very kind , respectful and professional person , who cares about her store and her customers ...she's always cleaning out a storage unit, cleaning the outside or helping customers... Corey works so hard as the Manager in that place ...I have been renting simply self storages for over six yrs. leaving the Winchester story for the Watkins store ...So glad I did because I met Corey ... She explains you late fees, how the move out , move in , insurance and everything that goes with renting a storage...This lady has really made me want to stay at the Watkins store...which I may add I was so reluctant to do because of the location ! She has improved the cleanliness and security of the store assuring the customers that there property is safe ! She also so makes you feel ok about the increasing prices as they happen and really knows how to keep a customer... That was one of the main reasons I moved from the Winchester stir ...Please keep her as your Manager... because if she leaves .... I will be really worried ...again ... I had a great experience at this storage so far. The young lady at the property called once i made the reservations almost everyday until i actually moved in. She was very polite and professional. When i came in she was patient and very helpful. She even had to do alot of multi-tasking and still got the job done.

Corrie was very helpful when I came out to look for a storage. She showed me different size storages and she encouraged me to select the one with the first month free special. There were a few spiders and webs in the storage when we opened it, but l told her about my fear of spiders and she cleaned it out and provided me with spray. I felt like a customer for the first time in a while and there's not many places in Memphis that are customer service friendly.

I give this location 5 stars.Ive rented here several times and especially this time recently march I occupied an Unit and Cori was very professional nice and instructional.I was able to view the one I needed and also was offered first month free.I love it.The storage is safe and just the size i need.I also had the pleasure of meeting Tim he was very helpful and understanding about me getting my payment day right.Im on track now and I will always rent from them.Close to home is always a plus!
