I would like to express my gratitude for the assistance and good treatment that I have received at Simply Self Storage. A few weeks ago, i decided that I was going to look for a self storage place that better suited my size needs and my financial needs After looking at a few self storage companies in the area, I came across Simply Self Storage. Upon entering the facility, I was treated with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere. I immediately felt welcomed. The store manager Trisha did a great job matching my needs with just the right unit and price. I have found a home for my storage needs. Kudos to Simply Self Storage and to Trisha.

Simply storage at 1925-PA 309 Allentown PA is awesome. I've had my belongings in storage since May of 2021 and customer service has been able to keep me informed about any questions I have since I live in a different state. They are always willing to answer my questions with kindness and patience. I recently visited my unit and my belongings are still in good condition, no odors or bugs which was very important to me. The surrounding areas are always clean and I love the secure gate and I feel safe whenever I'm there. I do ask a lot of questions and I'm impressed with the kind patient responses from customer service especially Patricia thanks you for all your help. .Keep up the good work guys I appreciate your service. I have rented storage units at Simply Self Storage in Allentown/Orefield, PA, for many years because of its convenient location, different size and type of units available, and initially because of price. The price has continued to go up every year - which I found annoying - but the service from their latest property manager, Trisha, has been the best of all my years as a customer. I hope she stays! If you are looking for convenient storage in the Allentown area, then I encourage you to call Trisha - she will do her best to satisfy your storage needs with a pleasant and professional demeanor and a can do attitude. They have small, medium, and large units and both outside and inside access, with some temperature controlled units available for items that cannot withstand severe temperatures or changes in temperature such as fine furniture or art. If you do call or stop in, then please tell Trisha I sent you.

Lately it has been tough finding a climate control storage unit in the Lehigh Valley. I stumbled across Simply Storage. So glad I did. Worked with Trish. She was wonderful. Super responsive and extremely accommodating. We had to schedule our move three days early due to bad winter storms in both MA and PA, the manager immediately came up with a solution to help us. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. Not only helpful, but really kind too!

Betty showed us 3 different size storage spaces she had and we found the right one with her help. Betty offered us a new lock but didn't push us to buy it buy I'm glad she did because we couldn't find the keys for our old lock - must have packed it with everything else - lol. Thank you Betty!!
