It was wonderful and easy

After spending 15 plus years in the military iam very familiar with moving from place to place and having to utilize many storage units and I can honestly say dealing with Simply Storage is one of the best. Management runs a very tight ship and the entire staff was very professional and willing to help me adjust and get familiar with a new town. I would highly recommend them for what ever your needs are.

Management was super helpful. I had been told my reservation wasn't valid at a different storage facility so I came to this place and the reservation and payment was super easy to do online. Their wifi was out but they were still able to confirm my reservation and everything. They did great getting me into my unit. The unit it's self looked very nice and sturdy like there would be no leaks or weather exposure. The unit was clean and also came with a light fixture (I have a 8x10 unit). Over all very clean well put together facility with amazing staff.

I arrived very quickly to secure a storage unit. The only real reservation is in person so I suggest you physically go as fast as you can I do however think it's very weird to have a reservation that means nothing. The WiFi was down while obtaining the unit which is not their fault that's sudden links. The man helping us was very nice and personable he does great as his job I'm glad I had him for the associate we worked with his name is Samir and I highly recommend working with him if you can.

Tonya was so incredibly nice. The staff there has always been helpful and informative. The property itself is great. I never had any issues with flooding and my unit worked perfectly for what I needed it for. Prices are very affordable compared to it's competitors. If I ever need to store things in the future, I will absolutely rent here again.

Emma's manager, was a very sweet lady too. Both of them were very nice, explained the whole process in a very detailed way, and made my family and I feel like we were part of a great team. Super clean place. Love the fact that there are cameras to secure my belongings and to watch who goes in and out of the facility to avoid any negative happenings. I would write so much more, but to sum it all up, I am having great service and awesome experience with this business. The people they hire are super sweet and totally insightful. Walked us out to the unit and made sure it was cleaned and made sure it was enough space for all of our belongings. Even took us step by step on the website so we could make payments. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I made a reservation for my daughter and when we went to the store I was very happy with how the manager treated us. Carolyn talked her through the whole thing. The boxes was a little high so we didn't buy any but everything else went very fast. Carolyn ask for a google and my daughter did not have a google account and the manager told her it's ok maybe you have a friend that can do one for us. When I got home I did the review for her. I was very happy with everything myself.

I have scouted the east side of Stillwater and there are few places as clean and as secure as Simply Self Storage. Brett has been incredibly helpful especially if I have had any issues. Not only has he been helpful, he has also been very honest and forthright about my questions and concerns. Some of the things I like about this place: Working Cameras Brett was willing to answer questions I had about the cameras and show me that they actually work. Many places have them but don't work or record. Controlled Access The gates stay locked after 10pm while some places just leave their gates open during the day with people being free to come and go as they please even if they don't have any business being there, which is a huge red flag. Cleanliness The units are clean. I haven't seen any creepy crawlies running around so that is a good thing. Last thing I'd want is for my stuff to have an insect infestation or to be chewed away. Brett When I called their number, it sent me to their national sales office who couldn't answer my questions so they sent me to Brett, who runs the Stillwater facility. He was able to answer all my questions and even invited me over to look at what they had to offer. He is a genuinely good guy who loves his customers and stands by his word. After talking to him, I was convinced that they should get my business.

Cleanliness The units are clean. I haven't seen any creepy crawlies running around so that is a good thing. Last thing I'd want is for my stuff to have an insect infestation or to be chewed away. Brett When I called their number, it sent me to their national sales office who couldn't answer my questions so they sent me to Brett, who runs the Stillwater facility. He was able to answer all my questions and even invited me over to look at what they had to offer. He is a genuinely good guy who loves his customers and stands by his word. After talking to him, I was convinced that they should get my business.
