I rent a storage at the south OKC location and the Asst. Mgr. Morgan was nothing but amazing. I was waiting outside her office when she pulled in from lunch and what I thought wld be a quick question so she cld get to her lunch turned into interrupting her entire lunch hour almost. She never was unpleasant and had a great attitude. Enjoy her and her customer service.

I reserved a space online and drove strait over to gain access. Troy was on point, got our agreement finalized in no time and was out helping customers that were stuck in the snow not long after. Just made a trip or two since, but so far it looks like just what I was looking for.

We had to rent a storage unit in a hurry, we came came here first and it was definitely worth it. Troy was a great help and very patient with helping us several units and explaining things. Ed was also very professional and they make a great team. Very nice and clean place and very secure place. Definitely recommended

After searching many storage places, we found the hidden gem. It's a very nice, clean establishment, easy access off I-35, and Ed was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

This location has everything you would need in order to accommodate for any storage needs. I highly recommend visiting and taking a look at all of your options. Definitely thankful we reserved online getting 50% off our first month. With the tour of the facility as well as verification of size of storage unit we were set to go!

Very convenient service, reserved my unit online and just came up whenever I was ready to purchase and start moving stuff in. Aaron was really friendly; he let us check out the unit before making our final decision and gave us all the information we'd need as tenants. Load's of fun! Let me explain.. when you call.. it's a service center. Great folks! When I came by the physical address and phoned the gentleman played like he was there. Claimed he was going to meet me at the gate for tour... I walked in and found Miss Kimberly instead. After figuring out what was up I called back & gave them hell... well to all the service center staff, you lost out . Many thanks for Miss Kimberly. Had much more than the .25 cent tour!!! LMAO.

Just got a storage unit here. Aaron was awesome!! Very friendly, helpful, and most of all quick! We really appreciate his help through the process. Property is pretty nice compared to the other stroage places around and they even have climate controlled for a good price.

Decent place, definitely not the cheapest. I had a 10x10 air conditioned unit for about 7 months and it seemed like the prices kept going up. Started off at $62 and ended at $74. There are cheaper units around. One time they replaced the locking mechanism on the units without making me aware (even though they claimed they did) but they cut my lock off. I never got reimbursed for my lock. I didn't like that. Also, I gave them my notice to vacate and they had me pay the full months bill then on my last day there I went to sign the notice to vacate on April 4th and I was paid up until April 30th. I was told I would get a refund for the remainder but I never did. Oh well, overall this place had good customer service. Personally, I wouldn't use them again. There's cheaper units.

Was looking for a reasonably priced storage. We came here, great prices and very friendly staff. Easy access off of shields. Very easy to get trailers and moving trucks in and out.
