I had been very happy, until now!
I just got your "Rental Rate Increase" notice in the mail.
First of all, I received it in the USPS Mail delivery on Saturday, May 7!
So, it is not a "30 day notice", and should not be applicable to bills until after June 7.
Secondly, this is a 27% increase!
To me, this is an excessive "Adjustment" as you say in the notice.
No one, except Congress, has gotten this kind of pay raise.
I have been on the 10x15 waiting list now since last December. I only accepted the 10x20 unit as a temporary measure.
Either I need a smaller unit for my needs, or I will be forced to find more economical storage.

If you’re hungry for some baked goods, there are a bunch of bakeries within walking distance. For example, there’s the wonderful Belle Kitchen a few doors down from us. Not only do they have tasty treats, but they offer baking classes as well. They even have summer camps for the kids!
There’s another great bakery called La Baguette Bistro a few blocks down North May Avenue. They’re also a restaurant, offering French cuisine.
