I'd like to commend Krystal at Simply Safe storage for not only the friendly outstanding service I received when shopping for a unit, but also for the cleanliness of the lobby area! The inside was immaculate and smelled fresh, and it was totally unexpected for such a "blue collar" type of retail business. Krystal is a keeper!

The employee at Simply found our door not locked during their rounds and notified us so we could secure the door. Noting was loss. The security is great and they watch the details. I have vacated both of the units I have rented for years, but Robin had nothing to do with the reason I left this property. I left this property mainly because it has no one that lives there 24-7 like it was under previous owner. I would have given this review 5 stars if I was just rating Robin.

About Our Facility
Located in the Northwest section of the city at 8040 Northwest 122nd Street, our Willow Creek storage facility is near the corner of Northwest 122nd Street and North Council Road. We’re close to many popular shopping destinations and across the street from Will Rogers Elementary School. Next door to 7-Eleven and Dollar General.Our facility takes pride in offering some of the best amenities in self-storage. For example, we’ve designed our facility’s aisled to accommodate moving trucks, and our customers get to enjoy drive-up access to their unit. We also have packing supplies on hand and accept deliveries for our customers — and we have a staff of storage experts on hand to answer any questions.
We also make sure to keep security top-notch at our Willow Creek facility. We monitor our fully-fenced facility 24 hours a day with security cameras, and keep the inside and outside of the facility well-lit for your security. Plus, we use keypad entry on our units to keep your things safe.
