I rented my unit from Stephanie in October and I have been so pleased. Stephanie always keeps the property in excellent condition and offers amazing customer service and goes above and beyond with any requests I have . Ive rented storage many times over the last several years and always had managers who didn't care about their property or their customers so Stephanie has be a breath of fresh air. Thank you Stephanie!!!

Simply Self Storage Chisholm Creek is one of the best quality storage facilities at a fair price. Stephanie and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Easy to deal with. After an issue with a credit card the system in place gave ample reminders that payment needed to be made with newly issued card. The climate controlled units inside preserved the furniture in excellent shape.

The manager and the staff were very helpful throughout the process of reserving and renting my unit. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I was set up exactly how I needed. The facility has easy car access in and out and it's in a convenient location.

This location has a new manager. Stephanie is amazing! She easily explained my bill and solved 4 months worth of problems in 2 days. There is now a security fence in the back of the complex and new lock brackets have been installed on my unit. If you have had trouble in the past go talk with Stephanie and she will treat you like an actual person.

The guys here were helpful and friendly, got my unit in about 15 minutes and was good to go. Pretty secure location with personalized pins for the gates. Units are on a proper foundation with gravel around for drainage so you dont have to worry about them flooding and ruining your stuff. Only issue I have is the limit to hours you can access your unit (6am-10pm) as they've had to deal with idiots trying to live there. All in all good experience, and they are reasonably priced as well!

A friend and i went to this location to get storage for our extra stuff. Wasnt too sure we wanted it bc of the insurance but after the property manager guy Michael i believe explained it we went ahead and got the storage. Wish we didnt have to have the imsurance but does give us more peace of mind..... He cares about his property and renters. He was super super helpful and so kind.

I went here to check out the unit so I can place my items in there in between my moves but ended up not running because my house was ready 3 weeks early. Christina was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She immediately returned my call and set up our company up with a new unit very close to our other unit. She made the entire process seamless. We wouldn't use another facility unless we were forced to. The climate controlled units are very nice, clean and well maintained. The cost is comparable to other units and are of better quality.
