My experience was incredibly fast and easy. I went to their website to check out the prices and reserved a unit that worked for me. Morgan called me literally 1 minute after I had reserved it online to schedule a viewing of the unit. I went in the next morning and the whole process took about 15-20 minutes.Morgan was so sweet and was very detailed in explaining everything. Thank you for making the process super easy!

Has large units as well. 10x30 is what we have. Secure site to keep your belongings.

Pat is the kindest and most genuine person we have had the pleasure of dealing with here. While others at this location have treated my husband and I as a production rate, it was amazing (and refreshing) to be treated like a person. If you go to this location, I would strongly recommend inquiring if/when Pat works and visiting him specifically. Excellent and friendly service from this gentleman! As an aside, my husband legitimately hates dealing with most customer service people because he will read a contract and end up knowing more about it than the person working there. He walked in ready to brawl (not literally) and ended up laughing and calm due to Pat. Seriously. Can not recommend this guy enough.

Unit was cleaned and free of cobwebs. Pat showed the unit and filled out the paperwork and he couldn't have been more helpful. 10 dollar mandatory insurance was a surprise, but otherwise I would recommend this place to anyone in need of some extra space.

We needed specific storage options that were not available at this location. Rather than dismiss us with no direction, Tammy called other Simply Storage locations for us. When that proved us no options, she went above and beyond and found us a solution that unfortunately sent us outside of her company. She was wonderful, and for future uses, Simply Storage will be my first phone call!

The manager got us into our unit quickly and without hassle (I'm sorry I forgot your name!)! The units themselves are in great shape and big enough for storing some of our bulkier items. Well lit and looks very secure!

I had such a great experience! I only needed a storage space until Jan 11th due to the company polices they only pro rate until the 10th .. Sherry the assistant manager spoke with Jack the main manager and allowed her to over ride that for me due to my situation she went above and beyond and was very understanding if your looking for a storage unit I would recommend Simply self hands down !!
