I was looking for a quick storage during a move so I called the store and talked to a lady named Linda. She was very polite and offered many options over the phone and told me she would show them to me if I came in. As I got there she welcomed me and told me about the office,storage options and what all they had to offer. Also assured me that they have great security and local police like to patrol the area so not to have any worries. She began to show me the units and told me the specials. I was very pleased with her services she offered and the unit she sold me. I would definitely give the storage a five star rating and would definitely give the front desk lady Linda a five star rating as she went well into detail about anything and everything. Hopefully you have a great experience as I did. Ask for Linda so you receive the best experience that simply storage has to offer.

I've rented from a few storage places before. This is my favorite. Best experience. Great pricing. Great staff. Straight forward. Very pleased with how easy it was to get my unit and close out when I no longer needed the unit. I had a 5x10 and was very happy. Would store here again in a heartbeat.

They also don't have interior lighting in the units I've seen so a cordless lantern and or flashlight is helpful. I left U-Haul self storage in Bexley because of a horrible experience and very nasty and rude management, they were very expensive, but the problem was the people I had to deal with and I found this place and I must say..... Linda is amazing, her personality is a breath of fresh air and she was so sweet and accommodating and just everything I could have dreamed of! I was so lucky to find this place, clean and comfortable and I feel safe here as well! I am actually glad U-Haul was so nasty since I found this facility! They are happy to have your business and treat you with respect and not like they are doing YOU a favor , they actually appreciate your business and Linda , thanks so much for making my miserable day turn into a much better day and for going above and beyond to make sure I got settled in and felt safe etc! This company has gold with you as a representative! I don't usually write reviews, but after U-Haul and the way the treated me , I felt so happy even though I had to move a three bedroom home Again! Lol their loss! Much better place and a friendly rep means more to me than anything! Thanks again Linda!!!!! Darlene S.

Super clean and friendly! I needed a storage unit on the spot. Called - I had a unit rented within half an hour. Ms. Rice was amazing -made me feel really welcome. The price? Literally 1/3 less than what i was quoted at 2 other places minutes earlier So yea I recommend it!

The tired old doors flap off of the track freely when not completely secured shut. The staff&amp;#39;s response to your security concerns is &amp;quot;we keep an aeye on things&amp;quot; (and I am sure they do until they leave for the night :- ). Check public records for yourself before moving in, as you won&#39;t get an honest answer from the staff. The woman who runs the place id kind, but quite frankly lazy, uninformed, and mildly dishonest. I didn&#39;t get to see the unit I was renting until signing a contract because it was too far from the office. Also, this is more of an issue with the franchise in general, but the contract is pretty unfair. If your unit is not the size you&#39;re paying for, you have no recourse. The staff &quot;haven&#39;t ever read&quot; the contract. Furthermore, once you're moved in you become a second class customer, subject to service with a lower sense of urgency and importance. Before I moved in, they called me almost every day to confirm my reservation. After I moved in, all of my concerns could not be immediately addressed.
<br/>Also, there is no 24 hour access, which is probably a good thing considering the location and security concerns.
<br/>All of this said... From my research this place was the BEST deal in Columbus. Also, the security isn't THAT bad.
<br/>If you&#39;re 1. Not storing small things of incredible valuable (ie jewelry, laptops) and 2. On a tight budget or just frugal in general, this place is a must see and I would reccommend.

The woman who runs the place id kind, but quite frankly lazy, uninformed, and mildly dishonest. I didn&#39;t get to see the unit I was renting until signing a contract because it was too far from the office. Also, this is more of an issue with the franchise in general, but the contract is pretty unfair. If your unit is not the size you&#39;re paying for, you have no recourse. The staff &quot;haven&#39;t ever read&quot; the contract. Furthermore, once you're moved in you become a second class customer, subject to service with a lower sense of urgency and importance. Before I moved in, they called me almost every day to confirm my reservation. After I moved in, all of my concerns could not be immediately addressed.
<br/>Also, there is no 24 hour access, which is probably a good thing considering the location and security concerns.
<br/>All of this said... From my research this place was the BEST deal in Columbus. Also, the security isn't THAT bad.
<br/>If you&#39;re 1. Not storing small things of incredible valuable (ie jewelry, laptops) and 2. On a tight budget or just frugal in general, this place is a must see and I would reccommend.
