Great people and customer service. Have been a longer term storage unit renter and seasonal boat storage customer. Always friendly staff and easy, safe access close to home.

Called and got the call center and they stated they didn't have what size I needed. Kara ended up calling me back and finding exactly what I needed and was so helpful. The property is so nice and tucked away, you would never know it's storage. Awesome experience thanks!

Stopped by today and Kara gave me valuable information on storing my items for a few months. She answered all my questions about climate control and the inns and outs of using storage. Very wonderful experience, she made it so easy! The property is also very clean and nice!

We had a problem with birds go on for over 10 months. Kara was excellent, past her the issue was simply ignored until I would bring it back around every month or two. The fact I could no longer use the unit without risk of my property being destroyed by birds did not stop Simply Self Storage from price hiking me several times over the same time-frame. The prior poster, Matt D, recognized as did we that there is little power or authority to simply make things right quickly ... it is run like a corporate owned entity. in my view, it was only Kara who finally pushed things along. She documented the numerous times I peacefully visited to discuss the problem. Only after I got angry. after ten months of nothing, did anything positive happen and that was largely because Kara was persistent on my behalf as well. I'm not sure about Justin. Something finally got done, but this organization is two corporations on top of each other and the responsiveness and flexibility from the top seems severely lacking. I was given a different unit, finally, and was given a free month for the long inconvenience, at the same rate I was paying. We'll see how quickly the corporate machine cares not and just starts jacking the rate again ... I'll report back. In conclusion, Kara is 5 stars, the rest of the organization ... the jury is still out, so far they get a 1, average 3 for now.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first came to the storage property. It was not at all like I expected. The front looks like condos, I passed by 3 times before I realized it was storage. the property is beautiful and well maintained. The manager Kara is very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this facility for storing anything!

I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They are exceptional and willing to work with you and help with everything you need. They got me the right size storage locker and at a great price. The facility is well kept clean and secure. You wouldnt even know this was a storage facility by looking at it, it looks like condos! Very posh and high end location. Definitely recommend storing here, you won't be disappointed!

My wife rented a 10x20 climate control unit in Gahanna which worked best for us, but they didn't have a parking space big enough for our RV. The manager at Gahanna referred me to Powell Simply Self Storage. Best decision ever! The manager Kara is super nice as well as professional and the rental process was so fast that I blinked just a few times and I was in and out. The property from what I've seen is neatly kept and my RV fits neatly into the space with no issues. Thank you, Simply! Nothing suspicious from this unsuspicious unicorn here !!!!

The process was very simple. The lady had all the paperwork ready when I arrived and for a 5x5 unit, it seemed alittle bigger, a pleasant surprise. We even have extra room to fit more. And the price is great. Recommended!

Very convenient and fairly priced. The aisles in our climate-controlled unit are wide enough so we could easily move items. Cara was exceptionally helpful. She listened to our needs, offered several suggestions and even pointed out sales.

We just rented a storage room and the staff was very friendly. Prices were decent, every other storage place was within a few bucks of each other. One thing this place had going for it was the staff and the storage room was spotless, no stains, bugs or anything laying around.

We moved to Powell, Ohio from SW Florida and needed a storage unit nearby. Rita, the manager, was great to work with and the price for our 10 X 25 storage unit was much lower than our storage unit in Florida. I was impressed by the security and safety of the storage facility and of its cleanliness. I highly recommend this Simply Self Storage facility in Powell to anyone with either a temporary or long term need for extra storage.

Rita, the manager, was great to work with and the price for our 10 X 25 storage unit was much lower than our storage unit in Florida. I was impressed by the security and safety of the storage facility and of its cleanliness. I highly recommend this Simply Self Storage facility in Powell to anyone with either a temporary or long term need for extra storage.

We found this storage unit online and it was easy to reserve. This storage unit was clean and had several units in different sizes available. Along with that, Rita Joy was amazing. She was very nice and friendly. She answered all the questions that we asked plus more. I would definitely suggest this storage unit to anyone that is looking for one.

Staff is amazing. Location is perfect. Units are very large, clean and have lighting. I was overly impressed with how nice and polite the staff was to us as our dog. Yes, I said our dog. With everything that is going on right now in our lives, this was a much needed experience. Would highly recommend this being your first stop if you find yourself in need of storage.

There are so many choices for storage units and I called almost all of them when I was moving to Columbus and needed a place to store things during the transition. It became clear to me immediately upon speaking with Rita at Simply Self Storage in Powell that this was the place I was interested in because of her warm welcoming personality. People like me, who need to utilize self storage are typically in transition and often are dealing with very difficult life circumstances. Such was the case for me. Since then, the level of customer service that I have received has been exceptional! I have been a small business owner, so I know just how difficult it is to find good help, particularly help that provides for the best representation for the company. When the rates recently went up, I made calls to other storage providers to find better prices, and when I called Rita to let her know that I would be moving to another storage company, she convinced me to stay by pointing out how much more it would actually cost me more to move. I have had my things in storage much, much longer than I would prefer, and probably half of it just needs to be thrown out at this point. Rita has made it so easy to stay, and hearing some of my friends' storage company nightmares, I'm quite sure I would be long gone, had it not been for the kind, warm personality that Rita exudes. She makes me feel good that my belongings and my needs are being well cared for :)

Great facility and very convenient to my home. Rita and Cheryl really go above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you need for your storage. Glad to see the expansion in progress. It would be nice to see more longer units available as well as an RV covered option. Regardless it is a great place to keep my RV safe and secure.

Rita is top notch in customer service and making sure the timing and the space work just right for you. Couldn't have made my double-move happen as smoothly as it went without her, and wouldn't have wanted my stuff stored anywhere else.
