The staff was very accommodating to our needs. At first we thought we only needed a 10x10 unit, but our situation changed and we needed a 10x20 shortly before we moved in our belongings. They were able to seamlessly transfer us to the larger storage area and was hassle-free for us.

Had storage unit for almost a year. After 4 months the price went up from $57 to $63. I didnt like the sudden increase for whatever reason but other than that everything was good. Nice customer service, easy to pay (online).
