Fyi...this location has been target for catalytic converter thefts...had mine stolen last week of February 2022

Looking all over for storage. The store manager, Lisa, answered the phone right away and after discussing my needs confirmed there was a space that would work for me. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I came in shortly after and within 20 minutes I had seen the space and signed the lease. Extremely efficient. Highly recommended.

They literally walk me through the whole process step by step even spending a lot of time helping me get my RV parked into the right space. It shows that they actually care. Eevee (I hope this is close) was the biggest help overall and definitely could not see my self parking the RV with out her.

Lisa, the manager at Fisher Rd was very helpful and efficient - also allowing us the flexibility we needed for our situation.

When u go to sign the lease, there is an 24.00 administrative fee, on top of the monthly rent. Plus there's also an extra 10.00 monthly fee for insurance whether its wanted or not. Also bring your own lock or stop by a store to grab one bc theyre 20+ at the front desk. So add that on to your initial start up payment. The gate hours & late fees seem to be the local standard. Be careful with late fees. (They add up so quick!! It's easy to see why unit auctions are such a big trend right now. However overall it was still cheaper than others & an okay experience.

Get any quotes or information they give you IN WRITING. I was told one price upon my initial visit AND was told it included a free lock, and when I showed up to actually sign the paperwork and setup the unit less than a week later, there were numerous fees that all the sudden were involved to get things going and of course, no free lock. The woman that told me all of these things was the same one who had quoted me previously. I came back again a couple weeks later to get a second, smaller unit and was told that the second month would be free. That was also a lie. Like I said, if they promise you anything, get it in writing. Otherwise, a good, clean storage facility.

The location is ideal because this portion of Fisher road has very light traffic making access super easy and convenient. As long as I'm living in Columbus, the Simply Self Storage on Fisher Road will be my number one choice for storage.

Fantastic storage garages and excellent service! This location was the absolute best in the city of Columbus . Rates are great and Debbie at the Fisher Rd location is the absolute nicest person. The place is easy to access from the freeway and prices are reasonable though the turning lane into the facility could be made wider to make it more safer.

This is a great place to store your possessions. Electric light in the unit is a real plus. The manager Debbie is phenomenal !!! She is super friendly and has a great memory always making me feel important and like part of a family.

We moved out of our apartment but our new apartment wasn't ready yet, so we had to get the largest unit they have to store all of our belongings. The manager at the time was very nice and helpful. Just recently we moved into our new apartment and no longer needed that large of a unit, so the new manager was very nice and helpful, and even helped us save some money!! Since new management took over its been a complete new place! The staff are awesome & helpful and the property is clean & very secure! It definitely beats the competition by a long shot!

We park our trucks here. Security gate is nice. But the other customers should be monitored more closely. Many will park way beyond their designated space making it VERY difficult for a big truck to make the turns and corners. Also many customers leave junk lying around their space and putting junk into other people's spaces. The prop manager should walk the grounds every day and clean up this trash and give consequences for those extending their spaces making it difficult for others.

I wish I could respond directly to you so that I could find out exactly what happened in your case because we do not have $50.00 late fees and we are open 7 days a week, and even on holidays so that it will always be convenient for people to make their payments.
