Simply self storage is a nice place to do business with. The staff is great, especially Andree. She has great costumer service skills.

Andree was tremendously helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and carefully. It was a smooth process. All I can say is I love her work and if I could, I would put way more than just 5 stars. If you see this Andree, thank you very much.

The prices are pretty good but the staff is either good or terrible. The thing that I don't like the most about this place is that they advertise as being climate controlled but they are not. The entire inside where the units are is not regulated and is either so hot in summer that you start sweating immediately and you can barely breathe or so cold in winter your hands stick to the door bars. Never comfortable at all! But they make sure the office is nice and cozy where people don't go to access units!

I had a great experience with simply storage. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Andree. She ensured that all my needs were met and answered all of my questions, making the process smooth and easy. I wish I could give more stars than five, thank you so much

A little pricey and inconvenient hours but the staff is nice and storage units are all a nice size. I love that all storage units are inside and therefore climate-controlled.

When booking my unit I worked with Ms.Andree and she was extremely friendly. It was my first time booking a unit on my own and she was very patient and friendly. Thank you so much for making this whole booking process simple and easy.

Changing review from 1 to 5 I had trouble with my Uncles unit and getting in contact during covid. Finally I stopped by and the woman at the counter was very helpful in having the manager get in touch with us and he took great care of us. Great customer service! Thanks for making things right!

They were patient and took the time to understand and accommodate. I have used at least 3 other storage facilities in my life and this one is hands down the best. Even the district manager was available and active in ensuring everything went smoothly. I would recommend simply self storage to anyone that needs a storage space in this area.

The facility is spacious and love the sheltered drive thru access where you can park and load/offload your items. I rented the second floor unit and easily transferred my good from van to unit in just minutes thanks to the firefight elevator and carts available to unit tenants. I love this place!
