While trying to downsize & declutter our home recently, my husband and I realized that we were in "desperate need of a storage unit!" And after searching for a storage facility by my home, I came upon Simply Self Storage in Neptune City. Unfortunately the unit we needed was not readily available at the time......but the site manager, Alecia, saw my desperation and promised to do her best to find me one.....which she did in just 2 days! This young lady truly went "the extra mile" to help us.....and that is what I call....GREAT customer service! :)

After having to emergency move out, its so hard to find the right tools and help in the process. And when i came to need a storage unit Ellen was very helpful and made the process so easy and seamless, all in about 20 minutes i was ready to move all my stuff in! and at the lowest rate around at that for a 10x20!! Please dont hesitate to give this place a try

From medical issues cutting the man power to technical difficulties, I was sent straight back to the stress of my own previous job. Despite all of this, Joletta was amazingly pleasant and patient with us and my mom's many questions. I was very impressed with her obvious competence tackling every problem that came her way, and touched by her outstanding customer service even in what I KNOW was a highly stressful situation.

Nice dry units, not climate controlled though, so if you have temperature-sensitive items, this might not be the place for you. Good location, nice staff, but closes at 9:00 PM. Not just the office; the entire site. Generally, if I'm renting a storage unit, I'd expect 24hr access to the unit & my stuff. Just my opinion.

I met with the assistant manager, Dave (Neptune, NJ location) to inspect the facilities and discuss the rental of one of the units. I wasn't sure what size I wanted, so Dave showed me a couple. He was knowledgeable, informative, pleasant and easy to get along with. As he was my first contact with the storage facility, which was also in a clean and impressive state, I signed up with them.
