Had to rent a unit due to a sudden move recently and I was very impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of Arthur in particular. I was able to get it rented and everything moved into the unit asap! Would definitely recommend!

Came in for a Tour Arthur was really nice and knowledgeable, only reason why we didn't get a unit is because we needed climate control.

They fixed the pot holes now its it's a decent value. But no 24 hours access if that's what you're looking for.

The man working was very nice. He showed me the unit before paying for it. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. The only reason not 5 star is because I paid $29 for 3 days and come 4th day $60 due plus online it says $50 which the price is why I choose this place and its $60 once I get there. But only need 10 notice ur vacating premises. The customer service is worth the extra money.

Not the fanciest facility. However, Ryon makes the rental space more attractive with his pleasant personality and professionalism. I've had 3 very courtesy and professional interactions with him. Quality customer service is HUGE for me!!!!

We went storage and there were all kinds of rat droppings all over our stuff and on the ground ad well, then when we were leaving the gate would not even open

While looking for storage, I called in to see if I could tour the place, Arthur was great at showing me around and explaining the different rates.

I originally thought I needed a small unit. After telling Carrie how much stuff I had she suggested a 10x10. I was doubting that I needed that much space. Well she was right. The storage buildings are up on a mound. (Which is understandable, so water doesn't collect and puddle) but the slopes are very steep and when trying to move in the wintertime...well I would just say "I wouldn't advise it!" Especially if you like your bottom half all intact.

Melissa Henry provided courteous and professional services when I opened my storage account (September 2017 up through closing on June 30, 2018). Entrance to and exit from the unit was smooth each time. I certainly will consider Simply Storage for my storage needs in the future. It was stress free and harmonious to work with Melissa Henry!

Melissa Henry provided courteous and professional services when I opened my storage account (September 2017 up through closing on June 30, 2018). Entrance to and exit from the unit was smooth each time. I certainly will consider Simply Storage for my storage needs in the future. It was stress free and harmonious to work with Melissa Henry!

As a first time customer in renting a storage unit, I chose this place because of location and the special they had. I reserved the unit online and within minutes of submitting my request, Melissa, the property manager called following up to see if I had any questions. Once at the facility, the process was quite painless. Melissa was very informative covering all aspects and provided the best customer service with a smile despite being outside on a chilly windy day showing me the unit. She even taped a lollipop to my paperwork, which I found to be a thoughtful and cute gesture. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of storage.

Customer service is all around spot on, and while Melissa is really nice, I got sold to this facility by a different gal who is very very personable. I don't think she's with the facility anymore, unfortunately. Thankfully my unit has always been dry, despite its low altitude in the scope of the storage lot. I didn't know that flooding could even be an issue, so I'm glad I decided to take the time to read some other reviews! I definitely have found cheaper storage facilities, but I was in a hurry to get my things quickly moved from a different storage facility that was trying to rip me off. I didn't feel that I received that type of treatment here, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality over quantity.

Needed to find an affordable and convenient rental property close to my home... I was so agitated and anxious worrying about the rental process and the security of the facilities.. the lady in charge a young woman named Melissa was able to assuage all my doubts and trepidations. She was very personable and helpful! I would recommend Simply Self Storage to ANYONE who needs to store their belongings in a safe and secure location.

Couldn't make it out here to pay my bill for a while but every call that I got from Melissa was always courteous and positive never harassing or rude I always felt like she had more concern for making sure that we were happy here. When I did make it in she notified me that some of the units had been water damaged and of course mine was one of the affected units she promptly gave me all of the relevant insurance information and let me know how to proceed. It's nice to feel that we have someone on our side who actually cares and sees people as more than just customers. I'm definitely glad I chose Simply Self Storage and this location in particular rather than anywhere else! thanks again Melissa!
