Met some friendly ladies here. I called and asked for a small storage unit and they waited on me to get there before closing!

Karina did a great job and was very pleasant. I will refer friends.

I must say Katie was so pleasant to work with it went so smooth. I viewed the storage and right away I knew I wanted to store my stuff there it was clean looked like someone had swept it, she gave my new lock and gave my my paper work and in between we had small talk. She focused on me and didn't answer the phone mid conversation and then I went on about my way I have a 10x15 I believe and monthly after taxes I'd pay 235 and some change. But the first payment was 309 and some change that's with admin fees, taxes and the coast of the store I got. A smaller one may be cheaper but its a really nice protected facility and you get what you pay for.

For the first The staff (Shelby and LaDONNA), at this location were so nice. THEY made sure that my first experience was one to never forget. The office, the property ground and my assigned storage unit are so clean. I am very pleased to have made this decision.

We have been with this storage facility for about a year now and have had only good experiences. I recently broke my key off in my lock. I went to Shelby, the manager, and she did all she could to help and even contacted her boss to help me. They were very helpful and friendly!

Needed a short-term storage solution and used Simply Self Storage in Olive Branch. The site was easy access, secure and very well kept. I appreciate the efforts taken to keep the area clean and liked the fact that you had to use to code to enter and exit the facility. The site manager does a great job and was always available.
