Brand new and reasonable

We wanted a storage locker so we could store a few things and came across simply self storage! It was not only cost efficient but it was conveniently located. Upon arriving Lana was super friendly and helpful! She showed me around the building and taught me how to use my lock. I was amazed at how secure, clean and nice the facility was! Definitely will recommend!

I maintained a storage unit at Simply Storage for almost a year....positive experience, the building is secure and clean. Upon moving items out of unit, I had inadvertently left a dolly behind at the premises....a high quality dolly that I borrowed. Several hours later when I realized I left my neighbor's dolly behind, I was relieved to know Manager Lana placed the dolly in safe custody awaiting for my return....now that's awesome customer service!

This location is the best storage facility you will find in the Twin Cities. Not only is the building clean and safe, but Lana is the best! She will make sure you are taken care of. Do yourself a favor and store your stuff in this facility. Other storage facilities are sketchy, dark, and have no cameras so people can get away with stealing your stuff. There are cameras everywhere in this location, both indoors and outdoors, so it is secure. Hurry and get yourself to Simply Self Storage in Woodbury!

I normally don't do a review of anything but i had to write one for this place. The staff are extremely friendly and will bend over backwards to help you out. I had an issue with my door and happened to run into one of the staff that was there after hours. She helped me out when she was supposed to be out of there an hour ago. She could have told me to come back the next day (which would have been a huge inconvenience for me) but she stayed and helped me out. The place is clean and access is convenient.

Needed a storage unit for a new move in and was able to setup online without any problems. Lana worked with me on-site and even helped me get a unit closer to the main doors. A couple hours later and I was all moved in. Wonderful place with wonderful and extremely helpful staff. Very happy!!

So easy to set up! We filled everything out online and then came in for a tour and finished setting things up. Love that you just use a code to get into the facility, and the heated loading garage!

Great folks, 24x7 access (yes, I've been there at 2 in the morning), the facility is always in order, with plenty of cargo carriers to get your items in and out quickly! Also great service by Lana! We inadvertently left our 'furniture mover' in the loading area recently. We returned later and it was no longer there. Argh! We thought it was gone for sure! We called the office the next day to see if someone had turned it in. Thankfully Lana had noticed it and brought it to the office for safe keeping until someone claimed it. Lucky for us! Thank you Lana!

Multiple sizes of storage units are available and it is climate controlled. Lana, the manager of this location, walked me through all of the security procedures in place and made herself available for any questions. Ty is her assistant and he is extremely helpful as well. Anytime I called with questions someone got back to me right away. I was moving across the country and was allowed to have a POD dropped off at the location to load and Lana assisted with the drop off of that as well. Covid precautions are in place as well.

It was my first time ever renting a storage room and Lana made the experience very welcoming. I love how she explained all the entrances and exits. Along with the security of the place. Lana heard my words, understood my position and did everything anyone would hopefully expect a human to do. Lana was a great touch stone in not only getting my storage unit but went above and beyond in dealing with the tiny details. I no longer need the extra space, but if I ever do in the future, this is where I will go.

Most facilities were mediocre or down right dirty and not at all kept up and could never find a cart or anything to move your stuff. I absolutely LOVE this place! It is super clean. In fact I needed to get a bigger unit it took less then 5 mins and I was able to get a bigger one. I highly recommend this place!!!!

We were dealing with some rough times traveling from Iowa here to get the unit cleared and I was just down in the dumps, immediately Lanas tone of voice and understanding caught my attention, her empathy, and her kindness were added bonuses on top of her going out of her way several times to check that everything was okay or that we were still coming, on top of her full work week she's dealing with broken ribs and that did not slow her down ONE bit in front of us customers and we all know how much that must hurt so she has just completely blown us away! She SERIOUSLY deserves a raise!

We stopped and checked out a couple of other storage facilities and weren't impressed. But as soon as we visited Simply Self Storage we knew this is where we would rent. David made my move swift and easy, and this storage unit is awesome because it offers covered drop off and indoor storage. And prices are very competitive! We scheduled a time to meet with Lana and she did a great job explaining our options, walking us through the facility (great facility) and explaining procedures, policies, etc. She took the time needed to do a great introduction but kept it concise and pleasant.

I'm so glad we found this storage site. Lana was extremely helpful getting my mom set up. She took the time to do a thorough tour of the facility and make sure my mom knew how to work the lock to access her unit. The storage site is extremely clean. We loved having the inside garage to unload the truck when it was cold and snowy outside.

We actually bumped into Simply Storage because the competitor hung up a 'be back in one hour' sign on its door. When we came up on Simply Storage we liked how clean the site was. Lana who was juggling 3 customers, made sure all three couples were acknowledged and welcomed. We could tell that she had to be the manager due to the way she made us feel valuable and she was looking forward to getting to each of us. Within moments of our turn she was able to provide several options that would suit our need with no pressure to upsell. We needed to come back the next day for a bigger unit she was happy to accommodate any changes that would help fit our needs. Before we left we felt confident that we're able to get around the facility easily because she made sure we could. We love this site. They have garage like areas to pull into which are clean and carts to use. We are using a POD and we feel confident that our movers will have what they need. Thank you Lana. I've already gave out your facility business cards. Great location off the 94.

The facility managetr is FANTASTIC!. I moved here in Minnesota from Florida. Needed 2 10x20 units, which I reserved through her. The entire place was spotless! She was so professional and helpful at the same time. She explained everything as this was my first time using any storage unit. payment was quick and easy as well...Then came the biggest hurdle..the xtra large moving van. Lana was very accommodating when it took a little longer for me to get the necessary paperwork from our HQ. She did follow up calling and kept thing on track. No surprises either. That's always nice. She explained everything along the way so when it came time to move in it was seamless.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received by Lana Rodriguez at Simply Self Storage in Woodbury. Sign up was easy, and what I really liked is how clean they keep the entire structure. The security for entering is also very good. I feel that our belongings are very safe there.

I made the reservation online which was super easy. Went in the next morning and Lana was there promptly and showed me the ropes. Got me all set up and I can now fit in my home garage. Super clean and amazing place.

I had a unit here for six months while house hunting, and closed it this weekend to move. Lana went above and beyond to help during my move out, even though I was closing my unit. Will definitely use this location again if I ever need a storage unit.

This is the nicest facility I have used. Everything is always clean and the staff is really helpful.. even in the bad winter weather we have been able to access our unit.. I would highly recommend it to anyone.. very friendly staff. Thank you!!!!
