Emma was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The unit we rented had been vacated a day or two before, and even though renters are required to clean up when they end their lease, she was just finishing sweeping it out when we arrived. Because she had sent us the rental agreement for review earlier, we didn't need to scrutinize it when we signed it. Although this was only the second time we have rented a storage facility, there is no mistaking good customer service! It is now 2021, two years later, and we have removed all of our belongings. Every time we were there the place was clean, humidity low, and temperature safe for our things stored there. We had a whole household of stuff in a 10x30 and were quite pleased to find it undamaged in any way after two years. No mold, rodent droppings, cobwebs, etc. I highly recommend this location.

We have stored our stuff here for years and the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I feel safe storing my things here and it is easy to get in and out.

We've had our unit for a week now and we're still moving this over from another Storage unit that we've been using for a few years. The prices here are better. The place is cleaner and brighter inside and the staff is friendlier. I'm so glad were making the move. Jenny made the sign up process quick and painless. Update. We have a temporary need for more storage and getting another unit was quick and easy.

It was nice to find a storage place that actually had a person working there, not talking to some corporate person that wanted to do everything on-line.

Simply Self Storage is a very clean and quiet facility. It's not very busy and it is in a great location. I stored my belongings there for several years and never had a problem with the staff or storing my items securely. There are security cameras near the entrances and double security access doors when accessing the storage area. It is a great place to store your items and not have too many people getting in the way while you move your items.

Jenny was so helpful and knowledgeable when I rented my storage. It was a quick and easy process. The facility is super clean and easy access. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to rent a storage unit.

The gal who helped me with the switch was super nice and helpful and made the process painless. Original Post: Decent price for a small storage unit on second floor but the main elevator has been out of service for at least 6 months. Every time I come to get stuff out of my storage unit, I have to schlep it all the way across the building with my cart to get to the other elevator that is working. Glad I don't have to make a bunch of trips to my car and back every time I am at Lakeville Simply Self Storage. Fix your damn elevator!!!!!

Set up was quick. They gave a guided tour so you knew where things were such as your unit, the entrances, and carts they have available. The building seems brand new and well maintained.

I hadn't even crawled out of bed yet to have my morning coffee, when my wife started hounding me about finding something productive to do that day. Well I through out some suggestions but was shut down not realizing she had the day already planned. Her idea of a good time was watching me rent a storage facility come home pack up a 4 bedroom house and haul it out while she and my son supervised. Now this was hardly a fair exchange if you ask me. This is where I met Jenny and her coworker. Both were very friendly and courteous and helpful. If it wasn't for them I'm sure I was to the point of hiding my spouse near the border of Canada with no gps available. Even then I'm sure she would hint me down and ask me to mow the lawn! Anyways the facility is in excellent condition and Jenny and staff take their jobs seriously and maintain and delivery excellent customer service where lots of places lack the customer experience all together in this coddled society we live in today! Thanks Jenny to you and crew and although we won't be back to Minnesota we will definitely send ppl your way. 10*****

Except for how long it took to get the elevator fixed, we have been really pleased with this facility. This is our second winter storing our things here and we will be back again for sure. It is cold inside the building but when you look at the thermostat on the wall it reads 52. So it's warm enough to keep our things safe and it's out of the elements. Thank you.

Exactly what I needed - affordable, safe, heated storage. Compared to the other 3 places I checked, Simply Self Storage had comparable featured units and security, are better in price, and by far had the best customer service. Thank you Jenny and Emma!

I didn't want my stuff to be ruined by the cold or the heat or bugs, or worst, theft. Then we researched Simply Self Storage. I feel totally comfortable using them because their entire facility, all the storage units, are indoors behind passcode protected entryways. So there won't be random people roaming and looking to break into your unit. Because everything is inside I don't worry about bugs or temperature damage. The place is well lit and very clean. I also love that the whole place is under security camera at all times! Their storage rates are so affordable for what they offer! We saved money by taking advantage of an online only booking deal. When we got there for our touring appointment, Jenny the manager, was ready for us, was very helpful in explaining everything to us, and we were able to complete the sign up process very quickly. I wouldn't even bother looking into any other storage company. Simply Self Storage is where you want your stuff. They aren't expensive and their site is super secure. You're stuff will be safe.

I'm a new client but have used a few other storage facilities over the years. The security, cleanliness, and cost at Simply Storage are incomparable. I met with Jenny and received an informative, comprehensive tour. Impressive storage facility. The manager Kristen Olson was fantastic in helping me solve my storage issues. Used the facility for about a year. Very user friendly and with a covered garage it made it great during Minnesota weather events to go to and from. I highly recommend this facility.

This was the cleanest place I have ever seen, and so very helpful. We took a unit on the second floor and the elevator is huge, and there are two of them. Got a great deal on the price, I would highly recommend using this storage facility. Very easy to find just off the freeway.

This place is still fairly new and is always clean and well maintained. It is secure and has a great set up for loading and unloading your items (including a drive-in, enclosed loading/unloading area). They also provide carts to easily get your things to your unit. Highly recommend!

This place is still fairly new and is always clean and well maintained. It is secure and has a great set up for loading and unloading your items (including a drive-in, enclosed loading/unloading area). They also provide carts to easily get your things to your unit. Highly recommend!

I have been storing my stuff here for over 7 months now. Never have I had an issue with my unit, or the staff. The conditions of the units I've rented are superb. I feel my stuff is safe. And i like the fact their elevators are easy to access. I absolutely love being assisted by Jordan. She is the highlight of this site. She's been able to help me repeatedly while i switched around storage units. One thing I've always learned is a company isn't half its worth without excellent employees

I needed a affordable storage unit at the last minute and Simply Self Storage came to my rescue. I booked a next day Saturday reservation last minute at 7pm on a Friday night. I received a call Saturday morning from Jordan and she was very professional, kind and friendly. They are running great promotions now!

Jordan was very helpful! I came there a minute before it closed and she was really willing to wait and help me with everything. Very satisfied with everything. One thing that could be improved is maybe telling us that we need to bring our own locks and keys beforehand so we could prepare it. Other than that, I really liked the services!

The facility was clean and nice. Great price, competitive for the area. Prior to move in I asked about a lock and was only told I needed to provide my own. It would have been helpful to know the specific lock I needed to purchase upon signing the rental agreement.

I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good storage site that is not outside but still has easy access. The drive through loading/unloading area is really nice so you won't be standing in the rain with your stuff getting all wet and the customer service is quick and friendly.
