The place is clean, well lit and I never have issues. However, I have had my storage unit for just about 1 year. They have raised the price 3 times. Today, I emptied my unit because that is just 2 price increases too much in a 1 year period of time.

I just rented a new unit here and the help and care was amazing!! Jay helped me and was fantastic. She listened to my needs, showed me various options, walked me through the process of renting and forms, helped with moving supplies, and even helped carry some boxes out to my car. This is absolutely top notch service and I cannot thank her enough. Aside from Jay and her help, the facility is just what I need, clean and accessible. Thank you for a great experience!!!

My wife and I have used this facility before when our apartment was damaged a few years ago. Now we need to clear some things out to make more space. We chose a bigger storage area than before and the facility is always clean. The storage area's are well marked and secure that is why we went back again.

This place is great. Staff is very helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. I like that you can pull your car into the building to unload if you have one of the storages that can only be accessed from inside. They also offer carts to load your boxes on to pull them to your unit. Would definitely recommend this place.

This facility is the cleanest I have ever seen! We have always used outdoor units until now, but I don't think we can go back! In addition to the awesome customer service, our stuff didn't get covered in dirt, pollen, and the general grime like an outdoor space, and the elevator made it super easy to get our stuff in and out of our unit. Jay was super helpful and already had locks for our units ready when we got there! Best experience ever!

The cleanest facility in the area. After storing for several months, I did not find my items to be dirty inside from dust the other facilities can accumulate from lack of hallway cleaning. I also don't have to deal with unwanted critters. The bathrooms are always sparkling, smelling fresh and stocked. The manager, J, has this place so clean and tidy it should be featured in a magazine! She is responsive and always available, so if any immediate concerns should be addressed, she is easy to reach. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Just south of Wixom Habitat, in the center of the city, you’ll find our Wixom storage facility at 50586 Pontiac Trail. Easily accessible from nearly everywhere in the area, we’re just above Lyon Oaks Golf Course. From Wixom Road, head west on Pontiac Trail, continuing past Gibson Park, until you spot us on the north side of the road between J & B Medical and Gary’s Catering.At our Wixom facility, you’ll find plenty of self-storage conveniences.
