Friendly & helpful staff. The store manager, Edric, went out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible, even accommodating my handicap and helping me to my car.

Edric Brandon is amazing! He helped me get a very good deal and spent the time going through all of my options to find the best one that would accommodate my needs. He has been super helpful and is always there if I have an issue or question. The unit was very clean upon move-in and I have had no problems since. I have been there for six months now and my rent was raised by $9 a month but it is worth it for the peace of mind knowing my stuff is being kept safe.

Went to U-Haul on Miller Rd first. They put me in a building with a homeless man laying half in & half out of his storage unit. I cancelled my rental and went to Simply Self Storage - what a fantastic place. The agent was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me options for size and floor, then took me on a tour of the facility, pointing out the gates, loading bay, how to get in and out, and took me to the actual unit to make sure I was happy with it, had me try the key a few times, then took me back to the office, where we wrote up the contract and I was on my way. What a huge difference this experience was! I highly recommend them. I felt safe and secure.

I reserved, got my unit and was met with amazing hospitality and kindness from Edric. The units are clean, well maintained, and easy to access. They have most packing needs met in store. There are complementary dollys. ...and it is gated. All units are very secure.

The storage facility is very nice, convenient, clean and secure. Staff is VERY professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They care about the customer. But the prices are crazy. There's no rhythm nor reason for the prices to jump the way they do. I don't have prices in front of me. Preparing to get out from under the cost burden as soon as possible.
