After having a storage unit there for about 5 years, I was finally ready to clear it out, but I wasn't sure if I would be able to get it empty by the end of the month. The staff was extremely helpful and offered to prorate September's rent for only the days until I could get it emptied, so I chose 9/2 as my move out date and they prorated 2 days rent. I ended up getting the unit cleared out on 8/31. About a week later, I received a refund check for those two days in September. Obviously, I wasn't worried about those two days. But the honesty does not go unnoticed. Thanks guys!

I have 4 storage units here for about 6 months....the staff is so friendly and they have been GREAT! It is also so convenient to my home and it is always clean. I have rented in other places around town and this is by far the best. Highly recommend!
