We love this location! Very clean and the staff was wonderful. We worked with Paige and she was so understanding of what we needed! Will definitely be recommending Simply Self Storage to all of our family and friends!

Great facility and with the promotion they have currently online it was hard to pass up. The ease of reserving a unit via the website was impressive. I had an uneasy feeling like it was too easy or too good to be true, expecting something to go wrong or find out on the day I showed up with my U-Haul that there is a catch. Well if there's a catch it hasn't reared it's head. The place is spotless! The staff was very friendly and very helpful as well. Oh yeah, there was a slight surprise, you are required to purchase a lock from them for about $16. That's because the doors are specially designed for those locks. I don't recall seeing that on the website or I just didn't pay close enough attention when reserving the unit. Either way I'm extremely satisfied with the deal I was given, the staff, and the facility itself. If I would have them make any improvements it would be the lighting in the parking lot in the back. It's not extremely dark close to the building but it could use some in the surrounding area, it would make me feel a little better if I needed my fiance' to go there after dark. SV

I have never had a storage unit until I came here over a year ago. The units are very clean, nice and spacious and very reasonable in pricing. The staff was always nice and Courtney is the BEST... She is super thorough and I really appreciate that. If I ever need another storage unit, I will definitely come back.

Bad customer service. I was late paying on my storage one time. I asked if they will waive it one time. The representative was rude and said we don't do that. They increase their storage fees when they feel like it. I feel like they are "greedy. "

Quick and simple to sign up. Must tour first. They didnt do the best job explaining what the contract actually said, and she made a admin error while signing me up and had to make 2 charges....not exactly on the ball, but the place is so convenient and helping me leave a bad situation, so I'm not too upset about that. Great deal going with first 3 months 50% off.

The building is in pristine condition and I felt that my belongings were in an extremely clean environment. The storage unit rates are fabulous for this 2 year old building. I just setup my rental here, Kenneth was very easy to talk to, knew the answer to every question I had without looking it up somewhere and took his time and showed me every space I asked to see.
