Rymes is Righteous! I had a home reno project that needed stuff out of the way, so I got the smallest, cheapest thing I could and hoped it would be enough. It wasn't, so I got another slightly larger one and filled that without emptying the first, hoping when I got one empty it would cost less than having a giant one half full. When more had to go in and I finally caved to the inevitable need for the largest locker, Mr. Rymes found the one that was closest to the 2 smaller lockers I already had to make moving easier for me. I was able to get everything out on the 31st and he promised to stop the auto-payments for the 2 I emptied, no excuses about needing 3 days to keep that money from rolling out of my bank, just made the whole thing way less stressful. You're a Rock Star, Mr Rymes! Thanks so much! I have an update that makes me wish I could add stars. I allowed my son to put something in my storage locker. He didn't lock up properly and when Mr Rymes was patrolling this morning he caught the fact that my locker wasn't properly secured and called me. Nothing was taken and now, nothing will be since I was alerted before anything went missing. Thank you! Still more updating! This guy just doesn't quit with the rising above my expectations. Every time I bring a matter to his attention, he doesn't shoo me away, saying he'll get to it like it's the last thing he wants to do. He leaves the office to come address it immediately. I'm starting to think this is his business rather than a place he manages. He certainly runs it like it's his own bread and butter on the line. He's always unfailingly polite, friendly and he never acts like my concerns are an inconvenience to him. If you are looking for a good place to store your gear while you move things around in your life, bring them to Derrick.

This store has gone down hill. The guy in office is very unprofessional in all areas. And district manager won't do anything about him so they are loosing us as a customer of almost 3 years.

I had to move all the items by myself and he checked on me frequently to make sure that I was all right. THANK YOU DERRICK!! 2/1/2020 I am unable to navigate website properly in order to make another post. Derrick Rymes, Store Manager has been a big help in the rental of my storage unit. His attributes from my earlier post have always been consistent. I will miss your wonderful spirit. May God continue to bless you, Derrick.

This place is Amazing. I can't speak for anyone else but ASIA and FATH. REALLY CAME THROUGH FOR ME!!! I lost a job. I went to the hospital and was there for 2 weeks. I got another job that I Love and went back with a payment. Communication is all it took. The Staff here is Incredible ASIA and FATH. Thanks for everything.
