Diane is amazing! She helped out getting us units and parking spots with no fuss or frills. Everything was done seamlessly. It took about 30 mins for the property tour, seeing the unit and the parking spots and all the paperwork. Amazing customer service. 5 stars all around!

I just rented a 2 Bedroom space unit with Dianna and she thoroughly walked me through everything and showed me around from my personal gate access code to the showing of the unit I was rented . I even got to ride on her cart to tour the unit instead of walking to find it myself and her units are super affordable and secured with camera's and each individual gate code . 10/10 recommend this storage !

I cannot begin to say how much of a great place this has been!!! Five-Star Service since my first call to them!! I recently moved my household and after calling around to all other storage places that had no available spaces left because of Covid-19 happening recently they said...I was able to get ahold to Diane in this office who immediately was so professional and awesome who also answered all my questions right then and there over the phone that I needed information on and she was so transparent with all the details about the storage space details that within ten minutes I knew exactly that I would be renting from here asap :-) Then Diane went even more above and beyond by giving me a non-expected courtesy call a few days later and actually followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of completely!!! I couldn't believe how awesome she was and how awesome this place is and I've been renting my space for over three months now with absolutely no issues at all!!! Huge Thanks to Diane first and foremost but also big thanks to John and Sherry too who are all the very best in this business!!! Thanks so much you guys!!! Great Customer Service is very rare these days it seems and you guys got it all right and on the first time!!! I use simply storage on a regular basis,I recently made a reservation online for an extra unit to store some personal items. I Received a reminder phone call from Sherry and Dianne. When I showed up 10 minutes before closing on Sat. I was treated extremely well by Sherry and had a wonderful rental experience! If I had any suggestions for simply storage on west 10th is to upgrade the rusty doors and handles.

Words cannot explain what I experienced at this location, the atmosphere was filled with welcoming kind individual. Before I speak on the storage I'll like everyone to know you will not find not one storage in the area that delivers excellent customer service. Even though the smile is behind the mask you can still see it and it is genuine. For the size of the storage the price is just right and they provide great security with lights and cameras so your items will most definitely be safe in there. If I could give more than a five star I most definitely would. To end off my review I am going to put Diane on blast because she made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed with her wonderful personality. Diane you are the best person to be managing that location and I thank you for your service... Until next time

We needed to rent a small storage unit (a 5x10 space) for a little while and Simply Storage offered a decent price and was nearby. One of their staff members (I believe her name was Ella?) showed us the unit we reserved on their website. She was nice, professional and went over everything involved. So far, so good. We’ve been able to store our things easily and haven’t had any issues.

We have used this simlpyvself storage now 4 months. It location is perfect and the staff is very friendly,. I've had the pleasure of meeting 3 different people who work here, and they are all so nice. I Recommend this place over any other nearby!

My wife and I were wanting to rent a storage due to limited space in our new home. We got onto the website and noticed that our bill was higher that what the promotion was, so we did not complete the process online. Diane called us immediately the next day and was completely flexible with getting us set up and was able to adapt last minute to meeting us. She was a great help in getting our storage unit set up and explaining our bill statement. She was very friendly and made things much simpler. Definitely recommend.

Well we had a storage unit for about 10 years. Had 2 units attached to make 1 unit. The only problem was, Evey year, I think, the price went up about 10 dollars. At the last price increase, my wife and I decided that we could buy a shed, on credit, at the price we could rent. So we did.
