The ladies that I've met in this office are awesome they are friendly and know how to treat their customers, they definitely know how to make you feel welcome there and the prices are great too but I really satisfied with the customer service I received and I think they deserve a raise or a bonus for the high quality customer service they provide for their customers!

I was stressed just thinking about finding the right place to store my son's stuff after completing his first year at Purdue University. Gail was extremely helpful and found us the right size storage room for the right price. She also mentioned the fact that they offer parking in case you do not want to drive back and forth. She treated us like family. This place is less than 20 minutes from Purdue.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon to get a storage unit. I was greeted and helped by Gale who was very nice! She made everything very easy and I am glad I chose this storage place. I know my unit is secure and feel if I have any questions I can call and be helped just as nicely as I was helped the very first day!! Unit was extremely clean which is great.

Reserved a storage space in the middle of finals week, and was able to get a space for a decent price. I came to sign the paperwork and check out the space and the woman at the front office was very friendly and helped get my reservation and paperwork in order in almost no time at all. Would highly recommend this place.

Also, that same friend wanted to use the truck that I rented for the day but they haven't secured a unit yet and it was a Sunday (office closes at 2pm). She helped me secure a unit on behalf of my friend and my friend just had to come in the next day to get the documentation done. I'm beyond thankful. I highly highly recommend this place if you're considering storing your stuff somewhere. Love you Gailllll if you're reading this <3

I just reserved a unit today, and Gail was amazing! She is genuine, helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly!!! I could not have asked for a better experience in the office. Excellent customer service. So far, we are 100% satisfied.

I've had no trouble since the change over. If anything it's better. The lady that works there is awesome. She was eating lunch and was closed but when she saw me she stop eating to let me in.
