Excellent service from Tenica, the manager.
The unit was well lit by motion activated sensors. During the very rainy spring, our unit (#357) stayed bone dry. I met a couple other storage renters during the move and was surprised by their friendly "country kindness". Great experience.

I've went to mutiple simply storage locations. Even in the one in valpo, but I ended picking this place. The staff made me super comfortable picking the unit and even showed me around. They gave me the information that I needed and didn't even make me feel like a customer at all. Thank you daisy and tenica!

A very "Awesome" experience when I first walked-through the door. The customer support from each women -- especially (Caroline Digz) -- who took care of me -- which made me as a customer feel welcome. This is how you treat and greet people when doing business with them; Especially when I'm giving you my money.
Lastly, "Simply Self Stroage" is a very secured place -- very well maintained -- which made me feel my property will be protected -- And the price for renting a storage unit; Didn't hurt my pockets or left me broke. I can't say that about the other storage places (which forgot how to treat their customers and continue to go up on the rental fees); "Dare I Say It"? Public Stroage!

We have medical business for 30 years in Munster, In and time to time we had used different storage facilities but Simply Self Storage was out final stop. We were remolding our offices and a lot of medical machines and equipments need long period of storage, we found this storage unit so clean, well lighted, and best temperature control.
One thing that truly stand out ifs customer service. Nikki the office manager truly help us out we used to have four to five Units and each time we go there she provide us dolly and help us for any thing we asked.
I truly believe that it is not a business but people with good attitude that make a big impact. I wish every business have person like her so our world become a very peaceful, productive and happy place.
Moving is so stressful and Nikki made it a fresh breeze due to her help each time. She is a great asset for the company.

This is the place for storage. It's very CLEAN & the STAFF IS VERY NICE & FRIENDLY. I used other storage facilities not one measure up to to Store N Now. When I didn't pay by my due date they would give me a courtesy call to remind me. This facility is not like others that's greedy for money & constantly up their prices. I never worried about bugs at this storage therefore when I moved out I was comfortable about not having any. If I ever need storage again I would only come to this facility. Great job I highly recommend & I thought the prices was fair. Excellent service!
