Absolutely excellent service. Previous storage facility fell through last minute and we needed a place fast. The manager Russ here was fantastic. Got us a storage unit quick and took care of us even though it was short notice. Also a benefit that simply self storage was cheaper than what the previous place was going to be. Would recommend this to anyone.

I recently came in to get further information about potentially renting a unit(s). Riche and Russ were very knowledgeable and assisted me kindly with any questions I had(some of the BEST customer service I have ever received!!!). I am new to the renting world so those two eased my nerves quite a bit. I was very sold on the unit(s) until the grand total was mentioned.... The pricing is absolutely outrageous! Also, the monthly increases are gut wrenching. I hated to turn down the deal after all the time Riche and Russ took answering my questions and concerns but there is no way the pricing was reasonable. I hope corporate takes a step back and understands their robbery of both new and loyal customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere and hope changes take into effect immediately at this place, all pointing all the pricing!!!!!!

The assistant manager, Millou (sp?), was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and walked me through every step of the process. He eased my fears and reassured me that the facility is secure and that I wouldn't have any issues or problems.

Another great experience. This is the second time my wife and I have rented at this location. Both times we were offered the best prices in the area and felt zero pressure to rent a bigger unit or stay longer than we wished. The facilities were secure and clean and accessible whenever we needed them. If we ever need storage in the future this will certainly be our destination for a third time.

I have been searching for over a year for a suitable space for my newly purchased motorhome. Then, I stumbled on Simply Self Storage in Saint Charles. Malav and Russ were so great to work with and found me the perfect spot. The place is so clean and secure... cameras everywhere, and even an electrical outlet to trickle charge my batteries. I won't have to worry one bit about my rig. I am willing to travel over 45 minutes from home to St. Charles, as I found it very difficult to find anything acceptable in my area.

Wow! I didn't know you could have a fabulous experience with a storage facility but we did with Russ at Simply Self Storage! We had a complicated move cross country with multiple trucks and storage units involved. Russ was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The facility is very secure, clean, dry, and well lit. We are very happy with how the whole process has gone.

I found the staff to be professional and knowledgeable. The facility itself is large and spacious. I had rented a Penske truck full of my stuff and the facility is big enough to accommodate it as well as many other vehicles at once. It's convenient to allow you to unload right there in the facility, away from the elements if it happens to be raining or snowing that day. I recommend this location.

Back in November of 2018, I was looking for a local indoor facility to store my Class A coach and discovered Simply Self Storage, St. Charles, IL. I was impressed with the cleanliness and excellent condition of the facility. I spoke to Russ the manager and at the time, there were no available spots. Russ had advised me that I would be put in line on a waiting list and he would contact me when a spot had become available. It was roughly 5 months later when I had received a call from Russ about an available opening if I still needed it. Needless to say, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and the fact that I was still contacted 5 months later! Very nice and helpful folks to do business with. Highly recommended!

An intended short-term storage solution during a move turned into a 14 month stay for my old convertible. It couldn't have found a better home. There are lots storage options around the area but Russ and his staff truly understand the Fox Valley market and the needs of its customers. They go out of their way to take good care of you.

I would recommend this storage facility to anyone! It was my first time looking at storage units & the owner was very helpful. He helped me get exactly what I needed & didn't try to get me to spend more money than necessary. I'm happy I was able to find a place like this to store my belongings!

Russ the manager and staff at this location are very professional! We love this storage! It is clean, convenient, and has great rates for storage units of all sizes! We have not had any complaints! Plus the first month is free! The best feature in our opinion is that the storage is indoors! You can drive in any size vehicle and unload at your unit if located on the first floor, or at the lift if your unit is upstairs! We found this to be very convenient in cold or hot situations! They also have flatbed carts of plenty! We recommend this storage to all our family and friends! Keep up the good work!
