The cleanest, nicest and most secure in the area, in my opinion. The manager, Stephanie has gone above and beyond to be of service since day one. Going so far as to coming in on a Sunday, her day off to rent the unit to us because we were in desperate need. At that time we were unfamiliar with the other facilities in the area. Thank goodness no of them would go out of their way to accommodate us.

All I can say is WOW! The two girls in the office are so sweet and helpful. My boyfriend rents a unit here and they know his name when he walks in, they always ask how we are doing and if the unit is working out for us. The other day we where on the road had to drive an hour to get to unit and my boyfriend had to use bathroom he said to me, I can wait till I get to the storage place because their bathrooms are always spotless. The whole place is super clean. They are always picking up on property. Highly recommended. Super safe place as well

Located conveniently on the border of Edwardsville/Glen Carbon, this location has the most modernized storage facilities I have ever experienced in self-store. Their indoor and outdoor storage options are top notch, always clean and well-maintained. We have used at least six different sizes of units in the past several years (including some drive-up and some temperature-controlled) and never had an issue with access, payment or security. You couldn't ask for a better home away from home for your belongings, whether short- or long-term storage is required. Stephanie and Lexi are also the best at matching your storage needs with their inventory. I highly recommend checking them out during ther convenient (and always consistent) office hours. It is worth the visit. ^_^

They were fantastic, parked my motorcycle away for the winter and knew it was kept safe. The staff were always nice and friendly and it's super easy and convenient to get stuff out whenever you need. Definitely coming back this up coming winter

Facility is extremely nice and clean. We rented an indoor climate controlled unit for 18 months and did not have any damages. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Great place to store your personal belongings.

In addition to the great facility (electricity at every rv spot, an rv washing station, a dumping station, available water to fill tanks) Stephanie is awesome! Multiple-sized units, climate controlled units, covered and uncovered parking spots, monthly contracts, easy pay methods, competitive rates, etc., etc. The staff is professional and friendly. The manager, Alex, is extremely helpful and accommodating! I would highly recommend this facility. PROS: too many to list -- see website or brochure. TIPS: electrical outlets are few, so if you want to use your shop vac or leaf blower, you may need a 200 foot extension cord. If you visit your unit after dark, you may want to keep a flashlight or camping light handy. WISH LIST: I wish they offered mail collection service UPDATE: The new manager, Stephanie, is awesome! She flagged me down the other day as I was going through the gate and told me there were items for sale in the office store that had been marked down 60%. I was able to purchase some RV accessories at bargain prices! How's that for service? Many Thanks!!

This place is great! Stephanie goes out of her way to make renting space here absolutely perfect for my situation. The facility is always spotless and it is safe and secure! I have rented other facilities in the area and won't be going anywhere else.

Very clean facilities. The store manager was beyond helpful and was willing to stay past hours to make sure I was taken care of. She knew I was driving I'm from eastern Kentucky and that I had a full day of driving. Lucky her I had a time change and made it to the store before closing hours.

This is the best place that we found in Edwardsville, extremely clean and secure. Stephanie is fantastic to work with and always friendly and pleasant. She even remembers my name every time. I feel safe leaving my belongings there.

This place is the best storage for college students. Stephanie was a great help with my transition. The prices are very reasonable and honestly being a SIUE student from Chicago I wouldn't know how I would have made it without their help !

What an amazing place. The place is so secure, which makes me able to sleep at night knowing my valuables are protected. I have been at several of the facilities in the area, which I had got broken into. Now if it happens the people will be caught on video. The staff here is amazing and always patrolling the area. I forgot one time to shut the door on my unit. Within minutes of leaving I got a call from them informing me. I would recommend this place to anyone. They offer storage units in clean new buildings that are climate controlled and monitored. Stephanie talked us through everything making it a comfortable and stress free experience. I appreciate her honest and no pressure approach. I would recommend if you are considering storing anything!

Would be nice if there was a hose that you could use to flush your tanks while using the sewer dump, but all in all, a great secure location for someone in need of rv storage with some nice additional amenities. Alex and Stephanie were great. Would definitely recommend.

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. Large pull through sites to store the camper! Covered sites available. Added bonus is the staff is friendly and helpful. Air compressor on site so you can air up before pulling out for the weekend! Love this place. Oh and also there is an area available where you can wash your camper. Check this place out!

Amazing location! If you have a trailer and care about it, this is the place to be. On site staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The facility is top notch, offering paved parking, covered parking, and enclosed heated parking. The site also offers a wash out station and rv washing station. Go check this place out, you will not be disappointed.
