I went to this facility trying to find somewhere that would meet all of my storage needs and was blown away by how nice and accommodating everybody is. The facility is so clean everything is easy to get to and to store my things.

I have never had an issue onsite, with my storage unit or being able to get to my storage unit, day or night. The property is secure, yet convenient for the customer. Used this facility to ease moving. It was great. Clean, quick, systems always worked, and we made extensive use of our large storage unit. Manager warned us about the road dust that these units get (from being near to the highway), so we covered anything as he suggested, and it was very easy to clean up once we moved out. They canceled our account automatically when we cleaned out and left the keys in the specified way, it was excellent. Perfect experience.

I put my stuff here a while back when moving between places. It is well-kept, right off the highway and reasonably priced. The property manager Jim is really easy to do business with. You couldn't get a question by him even if you tried, he really knows his stuff! I highly recommend renting here if you're browsing the area. I will rent here again in the future!

Jim was a pleasure to work with, showed me different size spaces, walked me through the ins and outs of the contract, and showed me how to use the facility and locks. Easy Peasy! I loved that there were no hidden fees, the number I was told over the phone was what I paid in the office , LOCK AND SECURITY FEES INCLUDED. All the other big name companies would quote a price and then start adding for locks, security, the sky being blue and drive up the final number by at least $30-$40. Not cool! Simply is straight forward and safe. Cameras everywhere. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Update 9/2018 - Upgraded to a larger unit towards the back. Pricing was the best in the area. The new 10x10 is great. Easy access, the road in front is clean and well kept and Jim was really helpful with the transition. I guess I have been here for a couple years now and have no plans to move to another storage outfit. Still a 5 star! ************ No problems for me over the past couple of years. All the units are outside, so it does get a little cold in the winter as it is located right next to the highway and there are no trees to break the wind. However, it is not like I spend hours there, so not a big deal. The units are what you would expect. I have a basic outdoor entry unit and most (if not all) of the others are the same except for different sizes. The entire site is kept in very nice condition and always clean. The front gate works fine and as a general note, I have never felt security was an issue there. The staff has always been great. From day 1, I have always felt they appreciate the business and are willing to do whatever is necessary to keep things running smooth.

(Keeping the paths clean resulted in snow being pushed up against the buildings and the doors of the units. Stepping through that was bad enough, but carrying furniture over black ice was an absolute - and very dangerous - nightmare. I almost fell several times.) That's it though.

We use storage for our business and extra equipment. Jim, the storage manager was very helpful helping us choose our units. Double doors on each unit fit our needs perfectly. Nice safe area. 24/7 access, and Jim is always on site if we need him. Most storage places you are on your own most of the time, This one is well maintained, clean, not crowded, plenty of maneuver room driving wise for trailers too. Right off of hwy55, easy access. Wish we had checked this place out sooner, glad we are there now.

I was very iffy about different storage companies. Shopped around for a week because of a horrible experience I encountered 6yrs ago. After speaking to a young gentlemen Tim, I selected Simply self storage! He made me feel like I can trust the company and I was very pleased with how helpful and knowledgeable he was. Very pleasant young man! I will forever recommend this company and the prices are definitely reasonable!

I did a lot of research regarding prices and options for storage units/facilities when i came across SSS; they are by far the cheapest in the area & located right off of i55. I came in to rent a unit & I was greeted by Tim, his knowledge of the store was great & he had outstanding customer service. I will definitely be storing with SSS in the near future.

The managers are super friendly! They are pretty fully disclosed everything about what we needed to do to move our stuff in. They also have squirrels that you can feed. Great place to have the kids to keep them patiently waiting whIle you out your things away. Super cool.. just one thing make sure you bring the peanuts haha

Jim, the manager, was very helpful, made move-in really smooth. The unit I rented was very clean. The overall service/experience was great.

Jim is AMAZING!!!! We shot a small independent feature there and Jim was an amazing asset to the production. We were able to film there with high profile actors and had NO problems. We're excited for the final project. Jim is a great guy and knows this property like the back of his hand. I highly recommend simply self storage Bolingbrook for your storage AND filming needs!
