The worker helped us greatly with an issue. The manger also followed up. The access is guarded. I do see employees around different areas of premises. Would reccomend you use them to store belongings.

This morning Kira assisted me in leasing a 5x10 non climate controlled storage unit. She was very pleasant and joyous to be around. She showed me the unit before I made my decision to move forward. She was also very informative on getting a climate controlled unit in the future. As for the Storage Unit itself it is very clean inside and out. I highly recommend this business.

I've been looking all over for a safe,clean, and cheap space for my things, I called today and Kira was so quick to help me in whatever questions I had, she told me exact prices, she had me come in and toured me on the golf cart showed me a few different places I could store my belongings . Long story short she was AMAZING!!! Incredibly friendly! I loved my experience and I feel amazing leaving my belongings here. Thank you Kira!

My mom got I'll in the car so I pulled over in there parking lot. The lady inside was nothing short of fantastic. She offered to call an ambulance(we didn't need one. My mom is ill so I'm used to it), she gave us water and paper towels. Her support and concern was outstanding. Thank you.

Clean units however very right and can't move vehicles around easily.. if I was to pull my truck to the side to access my climate control unit, and another vehicle comes, I have to move it for them to get around

Unsurpassed customer service! The property is clean and well taken care of. The difference at this location is the service from manager Kira. Here is how she stands apart from the rest. She answers the phone! Not all storage facilities answer the phone. When she is tied up with assisting someone else, she does what she says, and returns my call! She replies to my emails! Customer service makes a big difference! I can always depend on her if I need to know about holiday hours, finding movers, finding thrift shops when I'm downsizing...she is kind, attentive and always does what she says she will.

I appreciated the wonderful help I received from her ensuring and educating me on knowing my things were safe. The location is perfect right off the interstate. Pest control is also provided. I rented the smallest unit for only a month while waiting for my new house to be available. Sign-up/move-in was quick and easy and prices were affordable. 3 stars only because I have noticed the exit gate has been left open on some days (seems like a security issue), there was some leaves and debris in my unit left from previous tenant that I was told would be cleaned up before I moved in a week later and it wasn't, and lastly, I moved out on 2/10/2020 and as of 2/21/2020 I have left 4 voicemails trying to inform them of this. I've called a total of 5 times during business hours and not once have I ever reached anyone or been called back. I guess at this point it's whatever because I'm out of there, but a call or email back confirming the end of my rental agreement would have been nice.

Service from staff has been very good- **Karen, Brianna, others** The facility storage itself is being repainted. It seems as thought property may be in process upgrade. The area usually tidy, clean. The staff may be superior to the facility- ** Very helpful staff- Karen, Brianna**.. others. The only issue that I noted during my stay was security- which is a "kinda biggie"specifically the back-side exit gate. Service from staff has been very good- **Karen, Brianna, others** The facility storage itself is being repainted. It seems as thought property may be in process upgrade. The area usually tidy, clean. The staff may be superior to the facility- ** Very helpful staff- Karen, Brianna**.. others. The only issue that I noted during my stay was security- which is a "kinda biggie"specifically the back-side exit gate. I have been a tenant at this location for over 5 years and since the property manager Christina started working here, everything has become so much better! Every time I had a problem like a leaking roof, Christina took care of it immediately! She always exudes confidence and professionalism! She has always gone above and beyond to take care of the property and the tenants!
It is very rare to meet someone with so much passion for not only her job, but also her tenants!
She has always done exactly what she said she would do anytime a problem arose.

1st Call Personal Assistance - March 14, 2017
I made my reservation online and was contacted immediately. When I went there to look at the unit, I ended up getting a bigger one and wasnt even mad about it. Zach was super nice. He listened to me go on and on about everything and was still smiling when I left. My unit is in the back and I like the lights are ALWAYS on at night and I dont have to feel like I am in danger. No complaints from me:)
