I booked a unit online very easily. As of today, 2/15/22, they are working to switch over their software so other than not being able to upload or e-sign my lease, the process was really simple and I'm sure all of those kinks will be worked out. Even though I couldn't do those two things, the location is super convenient so I just walked in to finish up. No biggie! Samantha, at the front desk, quickly had it all taken care of, showed us our unit and was awesome. She answered all our questions and made the process hassle-free. The front off and grounds are clean and comfortable and with all the units being drive up, I was very pleased!

PERSONNEL $: I've never rented here but have needed to access several of my bf's units at Simply. I've only ever dealt with Brianna, the manager in the office late 2019/early 2020. Initially, she simply offered a welcoming smile upon entering. But her professionalism & excellent customer service quickly surfaced as there was no hesitation with her answers to whatever questions i threw at her regarding my access to another person's account who wasn't present nor provide my name on the lease. She briefly went over the applicable rules, offering any alternatives for me to still accomplish what I needed during the 3 months. The non-pressured approach she used to explain everything to me was welcomed, but impressive to me was her ability to remember me even after itd been a couple months since my last/first visit.

If you need storage this is the place. My husband and I have had a unit there for years and for the most part we've been satisfied. The customer service I just received from the current manager Samantha was the best I've ever had. I had a question about changing locks that required the old one be cut off. My phone call was returned in no time flat a suggestion was made that made things simple for us and everything was handled in less than 24 hours. Samantha is friendly and is by far the best property manager I've dealt with in years.

The biggest asset to this facility is the office manager, Angel. She has outstanding customer service skills. She is very friendly, helpful, and informative. She assisted me several times in moving to a space that was better suited to our needs. The facility feels safe and secure. It is very clean with easy access. The biggest asset to this facility is the office manager, Angel. She has outstanding customer service skills. She is very friendly, helpful, and informative. She assisted me several times in moving to a space that was better suited to our needs. The facility feels safe and secure. It is very clean with easy access. My only complaint that I have had several rent increases.

About Our Facility
On the north end of Marietta, in East Cobb County, you’ll find our Noonday storage facility. We’re easy to reach from anywhere in the area (even from the Big Chicken!). From the north, follow Canton Road south, and from the south follow it north, then turn west onto Chance Road, where you’ll find our facility at 732 Chance Road, on the south side. Tucked back behind Wendy’s and Alluring Hair Extensions of Atlanta, our fully fenced facility is in an ideal location.Your convenience is our main focus at Simply Self Storage Noonday. Putting your things into storage (and taking them out) has never been easier thanks to drive-up unit access. Plus, we have packing supplies, so no need to bring boxes. And if you ever need anything shipped to your unit, we’re happy to accept deliveries for you.
Your belongings are safe here, as our security is top-notch. We monitor every inch of our fully-fenced facility around the clock with a network of security cameras. Keypad entry ensures only you can get into your unti, and our bright lighting gives you visibility and security while you’re at our facility.
