The reason for 3 stars is that climate controlled unit had a leak. It was a center, inside unit. I had my stuff stored for over a year and some of the boxes were found with mold on my belongings. The way the insurance works is that it has to amount pretty high to make a claim so you are basically out of your belongings if it doesn't add up.

I have had a storage unit at Flowery Branch Simply Self Storage for almost a year. Today I had an issue which I spoke with the manager, Megan, about. She was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. She is truly committed to helping her customers. A rare thing these days.
My entire experience over the last year has been a positive one. The facilities are clean and well maintained. More than once I have seen employees walking the facilities checking inside and outside the buildings. As long as I require a storage unit I will keep one here. Thanks!

Megan goes above and beyond her job. She really saved the day for us last week. After having our household goods in storage here at Simply Self Storage for the past year, we had ordered a pod to be delivered so that the contents could be shipped up north to our new home. The pod was not delivered as agreed and we had no choice but to sit and wait until it arrived. It did not arrive...when we called again we were told that there was a shortage of pods and it we would not get one until sometime between 8 and 4pm the following day.
Megan was on top of things and called us the next morning to let us know the pod had been delivered---we never heard from the pod company, it was Megan from Simply Storage that let us know! I will never use that pod company again, but I'll tell everyone about Simply Self Storage and Megan --- VERY customer focused, good with communication and a very valuable employee she is!

Good place to store, my mom has store here before and moved out recently. Staff was always helpful even helped me tie down something so it wouldn't fly off the back of my truck. Would definitely recommend renting here and the best climent buildings I've seen. Manger was super nice too.

Good place for storage. Fenced in and secure so you don't have to worry bout your stuff getting stolen out if there.
The only issue I have is the place is on a steep hill so it's a lil scary pulling down the hill with a load of stuff.

We found this facility by accident and found to be very clean. We put a hold on the unit until we could work out arrangements to move the car down. I had 2 units in both the climate and non climate, both the property manager and assistant made sure everything was in order when me and my wife left. We run a Santa Claus workshop and stored all of our business stuff here and never once had a problem. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone! Thanks for keeping our stuff safe!

Even though they didn't have any spots big enough to accommodate my camper the manager Alisha went above and beyond the call of duty and let me know of several other storage facilities nearby and even gave me their information. I would definitely recommend this facility just on the customer service alone. You don't find many managers who are willing to help.

I recommend Simply Self Storage Fowery Branch for your storage needs and will use them again. Rates are fair and the facility is clean and very well managed. Thank you Alysha!
