They require you to have a renter's insurance for your unit, no matter how big or small, which makes me feel more secure. The director/manager of this storage facility really cares about customer service; he's super friendly and makes the process so easy. The units are very clean and the air flow in their units (not outdoor ones) is very apparent. Air flow prevents mold and other bad things from growing on your items.

Recently got a storage unit from this place again. Robert is as helpful and personable as I remember him. He went far and beyond to get me the best deal possible for my unit, waving my admin fee (because I was a prior customer) and insurance (my existing renters insurance qualifies). The facility is clean, well-kempt, and secure.

Matt did a great job. He helped us a lot, very courteous, he took the time to show us a larger unit since we were not satisfied with the size of the other one. Excellent service, advice, and knowledge of his work. A place 100% recommended for everyone !!

I booked my storage online and shortly after I received a call from Robert .... I explained to him that I was Transitioning back to Augusta from the SRU program located in Fort Stewart, GA. I had to cancel a copy of times but Robert understood and was very Patient, Professional, and quite pleasant he reassured me that my unit would still be available as long as we kept the lines of communication open if needed I would definitely rent again last but not least the location of the storage unit is conveniently located and very easy to get too.

Great location. Robert addressed all my concerns/ questions and the rates are very reasonable.

After a very very long trip, I had many conversations along the way with the property manager Robert about our storage, the space, time of arrival. Robert made it a very good experience for us. He was accommodating, extremely professional and so supportive. The facility was also a welcome surprise, it was clean, good wide spaces and with secure tall fencing and a code keyed entry. We are very happy and would definitely recommend!

The assistant manager was super nice on the phone and had me in and out on a Sunday in about 12 minutes to finish the paperwork and set up a gate code. He even switched my unit to one closer to the drive up for easier loading and unloading. Super friendly and nice, and the online reservation was also really fast and hassle free too. Highly recommend!

I recently moved so I have been shopping around for a storage facility to store my belongings until my home is ready. Today, I had to return to Simply Storage to make a payment because yesterday when I stopped by at 0930 I was met by a RUDE individual who couldn't take my payment and was leaving and stated he wouldn't be returning for a few hours. Anyways today I was greeted by Matt who was swamped with customers but still he was pleasant. One couple was completing a lease and while wrapping up another individual came in. He was in a rush and just rude. Myself and another lady told Matt it was okay for him to handle him. He was very professional (I did 20 years in the USAF in finance) and I have seen my share, but this guy I wasn't to give a few choice words. Matt provided him with the documents needed and told him what else was needed to secure his unit. I was impressed!! Matt, has always been nice when I come pay my bill. I have been a customer here when since the last owners of this establishment and NOBODY has come close to customer service!!!!!

Convenient location; I used two temperature controlled units for just over a year. Always clean and neat and perfectly heated/cooled. Best pricing in the area, especially for temperature controlled units. But best part of all was management: extremely helpful, regularly went extra steps to make sure I had what I needed, where and when I needed it. Thanks a million, Robert!

Simply self storage had some units available, thankfully. Later, we found we needed another unit for more of our belongings. They were kind enough to find us a unit close to the original unit. We found that their rates were fair! Their units are clean and easily accessible. We are moving our stuff from the storage units and have not had any issues (i.e. No bugs, our locks have NOT been tampered with, etc.). This company has been nothing but kind, and honest with us. That's hard to find with most companies in today's world. I do not have anything negative to report with this company, and would HIGHLY recommend it if you need a storage unit.
