I'm a few weeks late writing this review, but I 100% wanted to make sure I didn't forget because the women that work here are AWESOME. Big shout out too: Kayla & Ms. Sharon. Without them we wouldn't have been able to accomplish everything we needed to. To preface: this storage unit is not mine. It is my sister's who has mobility issues and couldn't organize it herself. We showed up with the key and paperwork in hand and they kindly escorted us to the unit and helped us open it. We worked in there for about an hour. We had a bag of garbage, which they so kindly took for us so that we would not have to go dumpster hunting at our hotel. If I lived near here and had storage needs I would 100% rent from these people. The mobility unit for my sister is generous and reasonably priced. But for me it is the staff. Thank goodness for them. THANKS KAYLA AND MS. SHARON -- with love from New Orleans!!!

This was such an easy and great experience. Sharon was very thorough in her explanation of everything. Having the units in a controlled climate is a plus, as well. This was a no-brainer. If you're in Winter Garden and need extra storage space, then this is the one!

I had to move out of my apartment in Orlando last March when I lost my job at Disney World when the parks closed because of COVID. There were two storage places close to me, the other place was cheaper then Simply Self-Storage, however the management here was very friendly and very helpful with getting set up and buying boxes and all of that. While it was more expensive to store here for over a here, I believe it was worth it and would choose this or any other Simply Self-Storage in the future if I ever need to store my things! I highly recommend this location!

After meeting Sharon and seeing how clean, secure and well-run this location is, I understood why it gets five stars.

I have used simply safe for a few years now. I won't go anywhere else anymore. The staff is amazing and the units were nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

The General Manager SHARON went over and beyond for me ! WOW. #1 she handled everything for me while I had to step outside for a phone meeting #2 she showed me all of the in's&out's of the property. Which included me getting lost alone on the top floor and me calling her back upstairs to help me #3 she provided me with a replacement N95 mask WOW. My mask I was wearing was soaked of sweat and had bc useless 10'S ACROSS THE BOARD FOR SHARON

This place is amazing , I highly recommend going in and taking a tour we had the pleasure of having one with Lillian and Sharon and they were amazing. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family that's why we chose Simply Self Storage for our storage needs.

I rented a unit at this location this week. The staff were friendly, courteous and went the extra mile to answer all of my questions. The facilities are extremely clean and they are taking proper Covid precautions which I greatly appreciate. Best value for a storage unit by far that I could find locally. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to store their personal belongings.

Bill was awesome! This is the second time we store things at the WIndermere facility and each time he's been very helpful and friendly. If you want great customer service and a great, safe place to store your valuables then this is the place to go.

The building is neat and clean with plenty of parking. They could use some signage and/or maps on the floors because it is easy to get lost, but overall I am very pleased.

This is the nicest storage place we have ever been to. It's bright, clean, and secure. Both Bill and Sharon were very nice and helpful and we felt it was the best choice to put our daughter's things in while she waits for her apt to be available. Bill was awesome! He asked us a few questions about what we wanted to move into storage and took us right to the unit we needed! He was very helpful and informative. The facility is spotless, everything new, so not much else to say about that. It is so nice that carts are provided to move stuff from your car to your unit. The security measures are all in place here, and the lighting in the building interior is energy efficient on motion sensors. I appreciate the climate control for everything too. Pricing is competitive with equivalent facilities in the area. Would recommend to anyone!!!
