Bob was amazing while he took care of getting me squared away with renting a unit. He was quick but very friendly and made sure everything was done right and answered any questions s I had with patience. We rented a 10x10 out the door it was 188.00 included a one time fee and insurance as well as lock. I wasn't able to find that size for that prize available same day. Great thing about Bob is that he called to see if I still wanted a 5x5 and when I asked about 10x10 he held my reservation until I could make it in to pay. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. I couldn't have been happier, Mary was extremely helpful. The storage unit was very clean. It was exactly what I was looking for.

We have had a storage unit at this facility in the air conditioned building since 2007. It is very convenient and we have had no problems. We recently switched to a unit that was twice as big. Mary was very friendly and helpful. I was thinking we would need to have two units the same size, but she offered one unit twice as large which was quite a savings. She showed me the unit and arranged where we could make the transfer of our contents over the remainder of the month rather than have to do it immediately. Everything went very smoothly. Since I wrote this review two years ago, the cost of the unit has increased 42%, which seems excessive especially since I have been a customer of theirs for 14 years.

I stored a house full of stuff in a driveup unit here for just over a year never had any problems, my stuff was completely safe and never worried about it. Moving out was a breeze. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the price continued to go up which from my understanding is normal even more so in the way the market has been over the last year. The owner/manager is super sweet and keeps an eye out on everything calls if there is anything that seems out of place. Example: brother inlaw went to get some stuff from the unit and he broke the key for my lock so he left it unlocked while he came to get the second key from me. I got a call within shortly after he left letting me know the unit was left unlocked. Would completely rent another unit here but hopefully won't have to.

Bob gave a nice quick tour and explanation of the process and got the paperwork filled out painlessly. I started moving stuff in same day. Plenty of carts nearby to use to move stuff inside to the climate controlled area we rented. Looking forward to finally having some extra space at the house!

Our Girl Scout Troop needed a storage unit to store donations we were collecting for a local organization and they worked with us to make sure we had the perfect space to store all the donations we had collected! The Bad: 1: The climate controlled units have rats 2: They do not prorate rent (you pay the whole month's rent no matter what day you move out) 3: Excessive fees 4: Constant increases in rent 5: Their insurance is mandatory and only covers fire and flood The Good 1: The outside is clean 2: There is someone always on the property 3: The climate controlled units are kept at a good temperature and your items will not mildew The details: I would not rent from here again because this place has rats. If you look around the place you will notice they only have two rat trap boxes for the entire property. I paid for indoor climate controlled storage and there were rats in my unit that ruined my belongings. When we approached the management they said there is nothing they could do and that it was just part of the "risks" of storage and that their insurance (that is mandatory to buy) only covers flood (we were on the 2nd floor) and fire. Also of note they do NOT pro-rate the rents. Move out on the 2nd and get charged for the entire month. The management is always there which is great and they are friendly... unless you have an issue you would like to resolve.

Overall my experience was only positive with quick, efficient service, good prices, very friendly staff and perfectly sized climate controlled unit for my needs. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. My only issue was the dim, limited and yellowish night time lighting. Which, in my opinion was only adequate for facility security purposes. When, I went there after sunset, I had to bring at least one spotlight or bright lantern and flashlight. I could not just "pop-in" on my way home from work. Basically, it was unsafe for me to 'rummage and/or look around' in my unit after sunset without, me bringing multiple sources of lighting.
