good customer service cant deny that but after 6 months of hahing my stuff there and moving to my new plce i still think about all the things missing i called because my keurig was missing blankets some kitchen stuff that i sweat to get because none of em were cheap theh called me saying that we left the lock open but we are sure we did not until this day it bothers me because i asked for videos to see if there was anyone and no they couldnt i hope the person who stole all my things enjoys them but thinks about us all the time because is not fair that you spend so much time working to get your things for someone else to come and steal your things other than that place is very clean and nice

Friendly staff. Air conditioning units available, with reasonable prices. Always ask about current promotions. Additionally they have parking spaces available for boats, RVs, trailers, etc.

This Simply Self Storage location is “world class”. The facilities are very good and clean, but what makes this place special and welcoming is Christina and Gigi. Christina is a super manager and Gigi an amazing team member. Both represent and act on behalf of SimplySelf Storage with professionalism, can-do-attitude and great disposition. My wife and I got to work and meet both Christina and Gigi this past week (two separate visits) and we could not be happier with the attention to detail and help with our situation. We had a full move from Michigan to FL and having the connections that we ve made with both Christina and Gigi makes us feel that we have someone that has our backs,....almost like family. Thank you...For being customer driven, kind, friendly, helpful and great communicators. You both are “game changers”....THANK YOU!!

Christina and Gigi are wonderful!! All of the members of my family have units at Simply Self Storage so we have been dealing with them for years. Christina is absolutely wonderful at always making sure that we have a fabulous experience. I could not have moved out of my home without her help. The buildings are always cool and clean. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We called a few self-storage places in our area before choosing Simply Self-Storage on 1st St. in Sanford. The others tried to play used car salesman tactics in order to sign me up prior to calling other self-storage companies. Not so with Simply Self Storage. We were able to get a great deal (free month) on our month-to-month 10x25 unit with AC. We arrived just prior to closing and Cristina (the manager) greeted us outside. She already had the 10x25 and 10x20 units open and ready for us to choose. Cristina and Gina were amazing!! Especially after dealing with a move-in that didn't happen with our new home. They both raised our spirits and we made the best of a negative situation. Even though they close at 6pm, both Cristina and Gina stayed until 6:45pm to make sure we were all set to move our belongings into our new unit. The place is clean, video monitored, and secure. I would recommend anyone to Simply Self Storage. Not only for the facilities but also to deal with Cristina and Gina!

I definitely feel misled by one month free fee I paid 94 for a 5x10 instead of what I thought 24as the online suggested but I am paid up until either April or May I can't remember. Also be prepared to purchase ur own lock or shell out 17more dollars. Customer service friendly prompt and did explain things accurately. Flexible hours even open on Sunday

After searching all over Sanford(in the rain) Christina made it easy for me to decide on Simply Self Storage. She gave me TOTAL price for the unit over the phone, prices didnt change once I arrived. My Unit had a small stain on the floor when she showed me, she mopped it up. GREAT friendly, honest service. THANK YOU Christina!

I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a convenient storage unit. Right before I found this place I had called a smaller storage company in the same area. Their prices were not online, and neither were available units, so I had to call. I learned they were fully booked, which is fine, and that their prices were a little higher than I expected. So I kept looking. I went to the website for this company and not only were the prices readily advertised, they allowed for online reservations. I even got a discount for reserving online. Without giving a credit card number, they reserved me a specific unit (the unit number was included when I got my confirmation). About 2 minutes later I got a call from one of the employees, Meagan. I believe she was one of the assistant property managers. She called to set up an appointment for me to come by and see the unit, which we arranged. After work, I drove over (their front office is open until 6), and Meagan was there to greet me and escort me to my unit. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes despite the rainy weather and numerous other customers she had to assist while I was there, with a contract for my storage unit. I thought buying the unit was going to be more expensive and more of a hassle than it ended up being, especially after I had called the first company, but insead it was extremely easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use this place again, and thank you to Meagan for being so helpful!

We got the wrong storage unit size and they made it possible and easy for us to switch to a different unit. Megan was very helpful and storage unit is very clean.

I empty a 10 x 10 storage unit, The staff was very helpful with prompt service and hands on directions to the unit. The facility provides carts and dollies free of charge. The major draw back is that building #1 is climate controlled so the distance from locker to door is a long way through multiple fire doors and 90 degree turns in the hallway. However the place is very, very clean!
