It is a nice safe and clean place to store items. I gave 3 stars because in 1 year my rent has been increased twice. I'm paying $30 more then when I rented the storage space. Due to ongoing increase I will be moving my stuff to another storage unit.

We are very happy so far. Heleyna is just simply awesome! She worked with us to get the best rates possible. In the weeks leading up to our move-in from another storage facility, she stayed in contact with us and was always willing to help get an answer to any questions they had. This facility has something more than the one we just left: two entrances and they're both covered.

Clean good storage, but price kept going up on my unit until it was literally twice the original price I paid--over the course of 6 years. I asked about this and was told they were following market price, which may be the case, but I think doubling in 6 years is a lot. I just moved all my stuff out yesterday because I couldn't afford it any more.

Really nice people Units were clean and nice. Only down side, they charged us an extra $10+ a month for insurance. So instead of 40 a month it was over 50.

One is you get a code for the gate, which is excellent to keep theft and such from happening as much, but the code can't be used after 10 at night and not before 10 in the morning. I sometimes need a late night run to grab some stuff out of my unit or a couple of times I needed stuff at 5 and at 7 in the morning and couldn't. But I definitely like them having a gate with codes just hates the time restriction. And, secondly is the fact that I have one of the indoor units that is supposed to be climate control, and may be better than I think, but after being in for between 5-10 min I am sweating. Given I am moving around and loading stuff, but I'm used to climate control places keeping the temp in all their units between 72-75 degrees. And it may be so here, but it doesn't feel like it to me. Other than that it is an excellent company with nice staff and clean property. All in all it is a place that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice and clean place to be able to store their items in.

The back entrance code box was broken my entire time I rented. The last day the front gate code box wasn't working. I got in but couldn't get out. Note saying use the back gate. Just a inconvenience.

I have used this facility since 2007, several companies ago. I am extremely frustrated that the rates have steadily increased. I understand living costs go up; however, it is unfortunate those with units, are not grandfathered in. I also miss the sales this facility used to host. Being able to have a garage sale onsite, was one of the features that originally sold me on using this facility. Everyone is always kind and courteous and the facilities are always clean, which I do appreciate.

I have used this facility since 2007, several companies ago. I am extremely frustrated that the rates have steadily increased. I understand living costs go up; however, it is unfortunate those with units, are not grandfathered in. I also miss the sales this facility used to host. Being able to have a garage sale onsite, was one of the features that originally sold me on using this facility. Everyone is always kind and courteous and the facilities are always clean, which I do appreciate.

Rear gate seems to be broken a lot, but the people are extremely friendly and units were secure. Rates were good.. I will use them again if I need a storage facility

Simply Self Storage was great. I wanted secure and climate controlled storage for a reasonable price and that is what I got. One of the carts had a broken wheel when I moved my stuff in but when I moved my stuff back out the carts were in tip-top shape. I must have just grabbed a cart before it got repaired the first time. I recommend Simply Self Storage. Clean and secure.

Jessica was very helpful from beginning to end. The facility was clean and managed well. No problem with the entering and exiting the facility. The storage unit was the right size for me. Carts were always available. I would definitely rent from them again.

Everyone at Simply Self Storage have been great. Our move has taken over a year and wee ended up with two units in the climate controlled section of the facility.
